Same problem here. Also your mailbox seems to be full, our email was returned.
If you’re unable to get the theme working, go to TextEdit > Preferences in the menubar and check the box that says “Display HTML files as HTML code instead of formatted text” (image). Seems this is not checked by default on all mac-versions.
I’ll update the documentation for my themes soon. If you’re facing a different problem however, feel free to send me an email. The mailbox is not full, had some problems with the servers.
