Like the theme alot: I have 2 questions:
1- When I add the google API font link, and then add it to the font family it does not show? Do I need to add the API link somewhere else?
2- I added a slider photo to the flex slider on the main page and it didn’t upload?

The submit button shows when you hover it. If you want to make the submit button always show change the css. Add these code line to “wp-content/themes/vintage/style.css” .input[type=submit]{ background-color:#de4b44 !important; } Regards.

I have an issue with theme. I have no homepage.php and I also can’t get the slideshow to work even though I have the latest Wordpress.
Please send me your email address we will send the homepage.php. And you have to select the created slider to your page’s slider. Then you can see it on your page. Regards.

Great theme! I’ve created three slides, adding images to each ones. However, I do not want text to overlay the image, so I left the Image Title and Image Description blank. The problem is that the background that the text normally sits on still shows on the image. Do you know how to get rid of this? If not, could you let me know where I can find documentation on this specific Flex Slider? Like, who makes it?

I am using the flex slider and even when I turn off the button enable the box were text should be still shows and I do not want it to.Also in order to do that featured items section that is in the preview is that just another flex slider added or how was that achieved?
Ok I figured out how to remove the hover box so that is no longer an issue.One other question I have now s how do I change what is shown in the menu list on the top of the page as well as the one under the logo image?On the preview page for this template the top right hand menu has only 3 or 4 option which is what I want.My site has them all listed two times and I can not figure out how to remove a few.
For that you have to change the wordpress functions. wp_nav_menu() function Or Make the menu and set the main nav menu and info nav menu when you customize the theme. Regards.
Currently, on the Product Detail page, I have related products turned on and showing. But the tab is collapsed by default and so you must click the little arrow to expand the tab and show the related product thumbnails. Is there a way to have the related products tab expanded by default?

HI, Purchase and installing worked perfectly, nevertheless i have some issues with he slider, when i add a pictures, it appears just fine, after few minutes or hours, the picture disappear… This is really annoying as i have full server rights (localhost dev for now) Can you help me with this please ? For your information, seem to be in conflict with ubermenu plugin (mega menu)

I have static image set in the page settings on blog and shop but nothing is showing up below the logo area…

other images show for my products and the slider did show up for little bit but then disappeared (so I am sure the PHP GD ext is enabled). but Im still not able to get a static image to show up in the header area??

I can see the static image in your site right below the logo area. Regards.
umm…that is just an image that I set as a featured image on that page. If you click on any of the other pages or categories, you will see that there is not a banner image on any of the others.
The script is using the feature image as the static image header. You need to select it in the pages that you want to show it. Regards.

I’ve having trouble with the slider. The slider is working at first, then some seconds later it doesnt show up on the homepage. I’ve set everything correctly and i think this is a very wierd bug. Can you fix this? I’ve seen that many others have the same problem…

Do you have sub category in bontique? That maybe the problem. And No need to worry about it. Just add the image to the product. Last problem: Did you change the script? It seems that you have changed something in your script or css file. Please Let me know. Regards.

Sorry to say but it seems full of bugs : just as marcuscvjeticanin Everytime I make a change to a slide, it breaks on my home page and gives me a broken image. Any idea how to fix this?
I have the same issue on localhost developpement and 777 rights on all files. Beside, i notice several things : 1 when adding a picture to slider, it appears, then if yoou refresh, it shows a broken image/
2 The admin connection dont maintain, if i click on the top screen admin bar to see the front end results, the admin bar disappear, so i need to connect again.
3 Last but not least When trying to delete an image fro slider, i click to confirm the deletion and the window confirmation Never close and keep calculating. I need to press the cancel button, quit the slider option and come back to confirm that the image has been deleted.

jlaw7005, you must create a page and define it as home, then define a homepage as a static page in the general settings. (Check the manual the process is inside .. Hope it helps
