Before submitting a ticket
Before submitting a support ticket please make sure you have read the help file that comes packaged with your download (inside the “Help” folder). The help file includes how to install/setup the theme and how to install/setup any required plugins.
Scope of support
Support covers the installation and setup of the theme and bug fixes. I cannot support any customizations beyond 1 or 2 lines of code or constant customisation requests, even if they are limited to 1 or 2 lines each. In such cases you should hire a developer to make these customizations for you.
Third-party plugin compatibility
I do not provide support for any third party plugins. However if a plugin is not compatible with the theme I will see if this is due to a theme limitation and fix the issue if necessary. With so many plugins available it is unlikely every one of them will work this theme, so in many cases you will need to hire a developer to make them compatible.
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your ticket Monday to Friday and longer on weekends, but in most cases it will be much sooner.
