Please provide the best way to communicate with the Author of this template. I have VERY bad results when trying to install and use this template. It is not usable for me at all.

To be honest I really would like to just get a refund for this template. For 40$ you would expect it to be usable right out of the box (ZIP).

Hi, This theme comes with an installation profile so you just need to install a fresh drupal on your server and enable the Features module and Vivid Theme included. if you need premium support please use my profile contact form.

i have to apologize, ENVATO SUPPORT did follow up with me days ago and I missed the email until after posting my last reply. ENVATO SUPPORT informs me that they will only support the failed and unusable theme if i deposit more money into my account and buy other products. They say if I purchase more products and email them after i have done so they will credit me for a failed theme.

My bank closes tomorrow at 5pm, I give you 20 hours and 45 min. to resolve this before I call my bank.

I have to say this is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I was in love with the ENVATO system and services until now. I would have continued to use this service as this was not my first purchase or deposit but looks like another lost customer if not resolved.

Still have a TON of errors in the dropletz modules. This is with a FRESH install of DP 7.18 and DP 7.19 and the fresh install of VIVID. I am still getting a ton of errors. I give up on this Theme and do not wish to wait for another week or two for a reply from the Author. I am calling my CC company today to request a CHARGE BACK. I will not be asked to buy more products just to receive support for a failed product I have already purchased. It took 14 days to get a reply from the Author on my first support request. Themeforest and dropletz, I gave you a chance to support your products and you failed. Thank god for American banks and the option to request a refund for a failed or defective product.

Was that a joke?

1- I have searched the forum and find a lack of response there as well.

2- I followed the direction and tried to POST in your forum for some support after purchase and registration and found that your Customers do not have rights to post in the forum (a screenshot has been sent to Themeforest showing the MSG denying postings.

3- I reached out to you and emailed you and never got a reply (2 weeks ago)

4- Only Yesterday did I get a followup from you 2 weeks after I contacted Envato and your support options.

Dropletz, It seems you have a great eye for design work but your failure to followup and support the people who feed you (purchase your products) is lacking desperately as your forum and this this feedback, comments show. I would rather just request a CHARGE BACK at this point from my CC company rather than you ignore a customer for weeks and then suggest I did not or have not followed up with your requested methods of support. CHECK YOUR FORUM “marcfeather” is my log in. you will see I registered weeks ago SIR…

So please do not treat me as I have done something wrong or failed to read for a solution to this failed attempt of a theme for Drupal. I have searched for a resolution to the failed theme but with no success. If you wish to make money off support and design your product to require additional paid support then document the terms of your wishes and how you wish to receive additional money to make your failed product work out of the box. It is as simple as this, When I go and buy any product anywhere in the world in most cases if the company or persons are a reputable person they will stand behind their work and ensure the buyer a happy resolution, again you have failed here.

I have several issues after install the theme from the scratch in my local. (MAMP) I’ve tried to register myself in Acquiathemes support forum using my item purchased code, but for some reason the forum doesn’t allow me to post new issues. My main problem after install is that in some pages I’m getting this kind of errors/warnings

After 16 days I’m still waiting for help, or even a simple line of support. I can’t understand how themeforest can tolerate this kind of behavior from authors.

I have a question about this theme.

It’s multilingual, and I see on the demo that the languages available are French, English and Italian. Is that the only languages available?

First thanks for your interesting, Regarding languages on the demure, on default we enabled 3 languages but you can have all available languages for Drupal. t0 learn more please check this thread.

There is an issue with your map: Unable to Geocode address provided. As no previous coordinates were recorded, default values have been inserted. Try slightly modifying the address and resubmit, e.g. giving more or less detail, such as leaving out the suburb or state.

This is currently effecting both of your demo sites as well. Please provide a fix for this issue.
