I downloaded this template as I was told I could use both landscape and portrait images in the galleries/portfolio.. Can you please confirm this is correct.

It seems my portrait images are resizing themselves and distorting my image

If i am unable to display both landscape/portrait images, I would be grateful if you could speak to Themeforest, and authorize an refund as I believe I was mislead into purchasing the template – a lovely template nonetheless, and well done on your work, but if this is not able to support landscape/portrait images then it is really no use to me, when once refunded, please be assured, I will look at your other designs

How do you change the black background on the left where all the navigation and social links and logo are? I’ve got the jpg/png files I want to use to replace the background image / elements what-have-you but how do you do it?

I’ve replaced indiviudal images and have seen some changes to parts of it but not the whole thing?

Maybe this is a simple question of modifying a layered psd and uploading – dont know how to do that either but I can follow directions!

I tried that and could not get it to work

In the layered psd, there are several groups and the elements inside the groups don’t have names (at least they don’t just by looking at the text description of the layer) and although I didn’t see the layer names, I noticed the images folder has several individual parts of that design piece I am trying to modify broken up into several different images that are uploaded seperately…

So I guess am I supposed to 1 – change the element I want to change, 2 – export/save/save-as/save-for-web (not sure of the right way to save the changes) and 3 – the saved changes are automatically sliced into the correct individual elements that are to be uploaded???

Here’s what I want to do: change the color and remove/replace the pattern overlay of the left sidebar/banner/navigation element that holds the logo. I found the group its in but how to correctly I get the changes I made exported from CS6 to finally uploaded to my website? I’ve looked through the help files but didn’t see how to do it…

Hi, I already sent couple of messages through ThemeMakers home page email form but i didnt get any response on the issue im having with Wedding Album 1.3. in the demo of the theme in your portfolio any gallery (1, 2, 3 column) opens in lightbox and there is possibility to navigate with left, right arrow. all i can get is as in the gallery “test 1” and “test 2” on my “under construction” website www.lucago.com/testowa/wordpress/ i was trying to access the Thumbnail Gallery Plugin (hoping this will solve the issue) but it looks like it requiers separate installation. i read documentation but as im not very familar with Wordpress coding i didnt quite understand what im supposed to do… please help as its been driving me crazy for past couple of weeks!! thanks a lot

but your demo shows that its possible to do it. shouldnt demo show only real possibilities of the theme?? is it any way to implement Thumbnail Gallery (codecanyon-164050-thumbnail-gallery-jquery-plugin) into this theme. is not i see this theme as useless for my needs and i will ask for refund. or maybe you have any other similar theme with better gallery options that i could get instead?? please, i was trying to contact you regarding this issue for over 2 week and just now i got answer. i need some quick solution as this is holding my bussiness. thanks a lot

Another problem is about “sidebar.class.php”: it does nothing when I change the language… (i.e. the sidebar widget area is completely empty) Someone can help me?

OK I found the bug myself (again!): in the \admin\classes\sidebar.class.php correct the line:

if ( !function_exists(‘dynamic_sidebar’) || !dynamic_sidebar(‘Right Sidebar’) )

whit:

if ( !function_exists(‘dynamic_sidebar’) || !dynamic_sidebar(__(‘Right Sidebar’)) )

because, of course, the expression “Right Sidebar” can be translated…

I am having difficulty installing galleries into this theme, I have watched the video on how, but your screen looks a bit different from mine, and when I try to create separate galleries for weddings, portraits etc the galleries I create all end up together, and I can not get them separated, also the images are not showing up in the boxes they should be in. I have to click the blank box to get the images to show up

On the live preview above it shows different links under the Gallery tab, and each of those is a different version of the gallery options, this was why I bought this template. to be able to separate my galleries into weddings, portraits, seniors etc. So now I find I can’t do this even though it shows in the preview that you can???

Great theme! I am wondering if there is a way to stop autoplay for the music? I like having the music there if someone wishes, but I’d rather it not play every time someone goes to my homepage.

I have edited /js/audio/audio.min.js autoplay:false, but it still plays in IE and FF. Please let me know if I am missing something.

Im having a little problem with this theme. I am hoping for good customer service. As you can see my site sankgamevents.com The pictures in the homepage is not being resized properly. It looks different in every monitor with different size. Can you please help me create a rule which will make the picture to be resized according to the resolution size.

Because the thumbnails are fine. the whole picture are displayed but the main pictures are only half in size.

1 last question though – I want to remove the white/black space under neath the lest navigation ribbon at the bottom but don’t see how to do so. I wont haver any text/related posts etc in that space and just need it removed – your help is appreciated! Thanks!
