Missing style sheet error when installing the theme
A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

You will need the Contact Form 7 wordpress plugin and you will need to add classes to the date and time fields for the dropdowns to appear. This is the code that is used:

I am having problems with the slider not showing up / working properly.
1 – Try adding at least 2 images to the slider. The slider will not work with just 1 image in it.
2 – Make sure when you create a slider, name it “homepage-slider” right away BEFORE pressing publish. If you publish it with no name, or a different name and rename it to homepage-slider AFTER , then it will not show up.
3 – Please don’t choose any of the skins/themes for Nivo slider if you would like it to look like it does on the demo site. Keep the theme to “none”.
Where is the documentation located?
The documentation is located in the main ZIP file that you downloaded from themeforest. You must navigate to the /docs/ directory and open the index.html file in any web browser on your computer.
Updating to Wellness version 2.0
NOTE: Wellness Theme 2.0 is a major update with many new features. If you are running a site with Wellness 1.6 or less, you will need to fully un-install it and re-install this latest 2.0 version. Most of the settings will remain just as before, but you should note there will be some things you will need to re-configure, such as you may need to re-upload your logo using the Customize feature in WordPress.
NOTE: If you have changed any core PHP or CSS files of the theme, you will lose those changes, so upgrade only if you need to! Version 2.0 includes a Custom CSS area where you can provide CSS overrides without losing them in the future.
