Love the theme, but I’ve noticed a couple of things.
I like a well structured page in regards to using heading tags for SEO purposes, and on the homepage for example you can have more than one H1 tag if you start to use the slider headings, the blog heading and the portfolio heading. I can probably change it, but is there anything I should be aware off if I were to change it?
Secondly, when browsing on my android phone the map doesn’t get resized making you have to scroll left and right. Is there a reason for this?
We use H1-H6 in accordance to importance as SEO should be (Overusing H1 tags will not help you with SEO , but do the opposite). If you feel otherwise, you can adjust the heading tags to your liking. Also, please visit our support forum for any questions in regards to the theme.
http://support.progressionstudios.com/Sorry, just re-read my post. What I meant to say is that the template is already adding excess H1 titles because of the slider mainly and I want/plan to change it so it is only using 1 H1 titles per page.

Yeah, you can easily change the language to the theme. We include a .po file of the few english words that are included in the theme. Also included are directions on how to use change the language if you haven’t done this before.

I was previewing the darker mode page and those functions didn’t work. However when I went back to white, they worked fine. Just an fyi I guess. Anyway, will be purchasing soon to update my design company site. I think that this will work great for me.
The demo of the dark template is from our site template so that’s what it’s not responsive. Don’t worry if you use the dark or light version though, both will be responsive.

Is it possible to use videos in body instead of static graphics?.. I really like this theme but I need to be able to have a mix of static images and embedded videos. Thanks I look forward to your answer

Amazing looking theme! Considering buying, but one question first. In the portfolio section, is it possible to have two ‘landing pages’ before getting to the actual page. ie – clicking on portfolio, and on that landing page having a range of options as there already is (let’s say, design / copywriting / illustration). Then clicking on one of those options wields more options (ie, under illustration there would be more options for commerical / personal / editorial). And then the click on that page would lead to the final page with the single image at the top and the longer explanation?
Please let me know if this is possible!

Thanks for taking a look at our White Noise Theme. The portfolio only supports the depth of one as shown in the live preview. You can turn that off of course and just use the lightbox pop-up. Unfortunately, there isn’t the ability to create a third level without creating the page yourself.
You could easily create a landing page with the built-in WordPress tools for inserting images and text. The images will automatically get resized in the responsive layout so you don’t have to worry about that.

You should be able to use just about any e-commerce plugin with our theme. Our portfolio is created using a custom post type but our blog is just standard posts. It really depends on the plugin if it will work with the page styles that are pre-made, most of them create a custom post type.

Looks great. One question before buying: Is this theme based on twitter bootstrap 2? How did you manage the responsive layout?
Nope, the responsive layout is based on the popular Skeleton framework:

All of the responsive styles are in a responsive.css stylesheet. It’s all labeled and easy to find if you want to make any changes.
Two more quick questions:
1. How hard would it be to change the font? The current font with all-caps feels a little like everything is yelling.
2. Parts of my website are wordpress and parts aren’t so I’m thinking of buying both your wordpress theme and the HTML5 standalone site-template (both with the same name). How closely synced are the two designs? Are they essentially the same?

1) It is very easy to change the font. We have an option in the options panel if you wish to do it there. Also, the CSS files have only one or two lines that refer to the the custom font.
2) The WordPress Theme includes the site template files so no need to purchase it twice. They are essentially the same but the site template isn’t responsive. You should be able to just add the responsive.css stylesheet to the HTML5 template and it will become responsive like the WordPress Theme.

I’m interested in purchasing this theme, but I have a a few questions first. 1. Am I able to change the blog column to that is matches the portfolio? I wanted to do a row of 2-3 instead of one. 2. How is the overall Adsense integration for this theme? Am I able to place ads in blog posts? 3. Does this theme come with an additional sidebar, or is it just one?

1) The blog only has it’s single column layout. If you are comfortable editing theme files, you could easily create a column layout for the blog.
2) Adsense can be posted on any website. Additional SEO and adsense can easily be added via 3rd party plugins from wordpress.org.
3) The theme comes with one sidebar as there isn’t space for anymore. You can post as many widgets in the sidebar as you want. If you want additional sidebars, they only take a few minutes to add and we have directions in our support forum.

Is it possible to organize posts by categories without changing code? In the demo preview I could not see that possibility…

Blog: Yeah, you can organize these by category as this is built-in to WordPress. We have a default category template that splits these up.
Portfolio: Yeah, you can have unlimited portfolios. They are organized by category.
