Pre purchase question here:
Does this theme support child themes?
Are you guys using ‘media queries’ for the responsive layout so that the CSS can be modified easily?
Hi. Thank you for being interested in Willbridge.
Yes, we use media queries. Willbridge should support child themes, but to be honest we haven’t tested how they work.
There’s an error message when loads home page (www.superame.com)
I checked permits and everything looks fine
Hmm… Have you tried to contact your hosting provider and get to know if there’s some server restriction?
Most likely this issue causes one of your plugins. Please, try to disable all the plugins, and activate this theme again.
If it doesn’t work, feel free to turn to our support guys using this handy ticket system. Describe the issue and don’t forget to provide your FTP and wp-admin credentials in the ticket.
Thank you.
Hi there. I have searched through your online documentation and could not see anything on this. I have a responsive slider on the home page and the template set to ‘splash’. I am wanting to change the color but when I go into the Font Color Options, when I change the ‘Responsive Slider Colors’ nothing changes. Am I missing something? Is it possible to have a grey box over the content for the splash template like on the default template? Thanks
Hello. Thank you for using our theme.
Hi. It’s hard to say what happened.
For further assistance, please, submit a personal support ticket here, as providing help via comments is beyond our support policy.
Try to explain as clearly as you can the issue you are having and what you were trying to do when the problem occurred, preferably using screenshots. Don’t forget to provide your wp-admin and FTP credentials, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Request not found You do not have access to request #3609. It may have been solved or deleted.
Probably some temporary ticket problem. It seem to be working fine now.
Have you got a reply?
Hello, how can i change the fonts , size and the colors of the 3 Heading text in the responsive slider. Because i change it in the general options for Heading1 but it works not for the slider . Also i would like different colors for the texts in the responsive slider.
Thank you in advance
Hello. Thank you for using our theme.
Our support guys can try to help you to configure your slider if possible.
All you have to do is just create a personal support ticket, describe what you’re about to implement in more details, provide your wp-admin and FTP credentials, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Thanks for the help , i thought it was just a matter of settings wich i dont find , i figured it otherwise out , text editing in CorelDraw , saved as transparent .png and add it to the slider as an image. Maybe u can help me with another setting. I would like to get completely rid of the two inscriptions ” project description” and “project details ” from this portfolio http://www.dentalpro.ro/portfolio/2111/. A short and precise answer will be welcome , the ticket story eats to much time for me. I am not a designer just a bussiness owner with webdesign hobbies for my own website. Thank you …
The thing is that we don’t provide support via comments.
As an exception I’ll post here the instruction on how to hide the inscriptions.
Please, find this file:
wp-content/themes/willbridge/theme/postTypes/portfolio/post/fullwidth/album.php
And delete this code from it.
Thank u for the exception i will change the code , i appears that i will not escape the ticket
because in older themes u had translation options in the main menu ( Blakesly) and i would like also to translate some other words in your theme . When i will assamble 3-4 qurstions i will submit the ticket. Thank u again for the understanding..
You’re welcome.
I think this article may be helpful.
Good morning!
I´m having a problem with shortcodes, buttons are not showing up in vistual style inside WP editor, only i can access to them in HTML style but in that way i can´t insert contact form.
What i need to do? Thanks.
Hi. What version have you been using? Is it the recent one 1.3.1? If not, please, update the theme.
If you follow our instructions carefully, but the problem persists, then most likely this issue causes one of your plugins. Please, try to disable all the plugins, and activate this theme again.
If it doesn’t work, feel free to turn to our support guys via personal support ticket.

Hi, yes, i´m using the latest version, i´ll try that tip about plugins and let you know if that solves my issue, also:
1. How i can keep the nav bar in the full width mode (and top place), my customer doesn´t like the floating nav bar, just the top placed one. 2. Do you know if there is some issue with “styles with shortcodes” plugin? I need to install that one too.
Thanks a lot.
Regarding the last two questions.
There’s no opportunity to make the menu static using theme options. But our developers can help you with coding.
As about mentioned plugin – unfortunately we have no information on this matter.
We haven’t made any tests and can neither confirm nor deny, that Willbridge would work properly with any plugin, except of WordPress Importer or Contact Form 7 (which are 100% compatible). But still you can try to install it to make sure.
The following themes by cmsmasters supposed to work fine with most popular plugins:
Halsey WP theme, Roundone WP theme or Magique WP theme.
Good night, i sent a support ticket for make some change to menu bar but i´m not getting response from the person in charge since last week, could you tell me if she or another person can take care of my ticket? Thanks a lot.
On the top left corner of the template where it says “Willbridge” can I place my company’s logo there?
Hello, thank you for being interested in Willbridge!
Sure, you can. It’s very easy. Please, read detail in our online documentation here.
Does Willbridge have e-commerce capabilities? Can I add a shopping cart?
Hello. Thank you for being interested in Willbridge.
Unfortunately this theme can not be used as e-commerce. Sure, it’s multifunctional and may suit various needs, but specifically e-commerce plugins were not tested to be compatible with Willbridge.
p.s. all the images I have for this website are many and all of them are too big (4000×3000), I need to find a way to resize them.
Hi there, just found the solution, I’ve changed
$attachment->guid
(with)
wp_get_attachment_url($attachment->ID,’full’)
and it works, now the href gets the cropped image url.
Pirolab
I’m glad that you figured it out, Pirolab. Good luck with your site elaboration!

Thank you.
Actually WordPress doesn’t make images scale automatically. But if you will set for all images CSS class fullwidth (Advanced image settings), they will become responsive.
Just one more tip: you might need to delete the image Height parameter in from all images like shown on this screenshot.
