The support for this theme by the staff is quite useless. After purchase I submitted a support request and they answered and said they would send me a demo package once I verify I purchased this theme. So I sent the order confirmation straight away but now the next day and they have still not got back to me. Not ideal when you are working on deadlines.

I have installed this theme onto the following web directory:
The theme is amazing, looks great, however there is one issue.
Whenever we go to add a page to the menu using a custom link, when the user is on that page in question, the text where the menu link is in white, so effectively you can’t see it.

I was checking at your theme demo and found out that features and new products slider is all messed up in responsive (tried w/ Firefox and Chrome). Are you going to fix this soon? I would like to buy your theme but i dont like this mistake at all.
