Wow… sorry I keep asking questions but you guys have been great. We are pretty much done with the site and adding more products daily. I changed the email logo banner “logo_email.gif” and when I preview all the email templates my custom banner is there and looks great. However, we just got our first order and the “New Order” email still shows the “Woodrow” banner. Any ideas on what I missed?
How would i get a logo that is 400×120 displaying with bottom padding between the header and the blue nav?

There are some problems with this theme.
1) If you have a multi-language Magento store such that there is the popdown button to toggle languages, the height of the button will push all the text downward. This makes the menu and search bar look out of place.
2) The twitter feed doesn’t work. I installed according to directions but still no feed. Shouldn’t there be some kind of script or extension required to pull the data from twitter? I feel like there must have been something missed in the documentation.
I emailed goThemeTeam support several days ago and still no reply … don’t tell me you’re on XMAS holiday already?
Hi makkai,
Sorry about this I had emailed you requesting a url so we could take a look, never heard back, not sure what happened. We will take a look at the multi language dropdown, should be a quick css fix. As for the twitter feed, can you explain whats happening? are no tweets coming in? Are there any javascript errors?
Please contact us at http://themeforest.net/user/goThemeTeam with your site url so we can take a look at the twitter issue.
Thanks
Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve just emailed you with the URL as well as details about the problems. Hope you can help fix them. =)
You helped me fix the problem with the twitter feed. Thanks for that … but I’m still waiting to hear about the best way to fix the menu bar, which is getting pushed down by the language button.
Any luck yet?
Hi makkai,
Sorry this has taken so long but I do have an update to the theme it has been submitted for approval to themeforest. If you need it quicker please contact us at http://themeforest.net/user/goThemeTeam and I will send you the 2 files that have changed.
Thanks
Nice! That fixed the problem. Thanks very much.
Wondering: Could you provide any steps on adding a flash slideshow to the homepage, (or innerpage) ? I would like to add a different slideshow and video, but have hit a wall with how to make it work/not break any design elements.
THX !
I’ve just discovered what is a major bug with this theme. This problem affects the product view page. You can’t tell there is a problem from the theme demo because the demo products have no real descriptions.
But when you insert your own product description, you discover a serious issue. For some reason, the short and long versions of the product descriptions were switched out.
More precisely, the short product description was completely removed. In its place is the long product description.
This is a major problem because every marketer knows that LONG COPY SELLS . So it is really important to be able to have a long product description.
But because the long description is essentially crammed into the space where the short description appears, the way it appears is quite ugly and extremely difficult to read.
Personally I would consider this problem a bug that needs to be fixed. Can you please either fix this problem by issuing a fix whereby the product view page is returned to the standard situation?
Or, at the very least, can you tell me what I need to do to restore the usual way of displaying the product page. The usual way is: short description to the right of the product image; long description below the image thumbnails, followed by other blocks such as “related products” and “product tags” ... etc.
Thanks!
Did the email comment ever get figured out? I can’t figure out why the “Woodrow” header remains on all our emails either. The .gif has been replaced, new default was created. . . I’m at a loss. help.

Those who help themselves . . . as they say. . . for anyone else having this issue. . . you can flush out your vars via ssh
Make sure there is nothing in the cache directory (var/cache and var/session):
rm -rf var/*

I am viewing my site on a large monitor so everything looks fine. but when i resize the browser window (making it smaller as if I am a customer viewing the site on a laptop screen), the left side of the main navigation gets pushed and cut off and there is black space on the right side. This happens when you preview the template as well. Is there a CSS fix so that no matter what size the browser window, the site with the woodrow template and site elements are displayed correctly?
