It’s not working correctly for me either, and my support email has gone unanswered for almost two weeks.

Hi, I’m so sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

I realise this probably sounds like a made up excuse (it isn’t – I promise!) – but unfortunately I haven’t logged into my support address in ages, simply because I hardly ever get any sales! In hindsight I should check it more regularly, and I will now.

Anyway, I’ve seen your email now and will reply to it shortly.

I hope you can understand – I’m very sorry for keeping you waiting this long.

Also, I’d just like to point out that the other person who said their friend bought it and it didn’t work is actually a ‘friend’ of mine (believe it or not!) who thought it would be very funny to comment things like that – which it isn’t. I hope you understand, and that this clears things up a little!
