Hello, I am newbie here about wordpress, but i just bought your template directly, so any tutorial steps for me, I want to make homepage exactly looks like yours but without the portfolio section. Thank you! I really need your help

contempoinc

Go into WP Consultant Options > Homepage > disable the Portfolio block by dragging it out.

Is there a TinyMCE “content” block available in the included page builder?

I see. Well, no need to go to all that trouble if no one else has / will ask for such a feature. I know of the hassles involved in getting TinyMCE to behave sometimes. It REALLY doesn’t like to be moved around and placing it in a thick-box is not a good (enough) solution IMO. :-)

Ok, then I look forward to seeing your implementation of it. I’d be somewhat surprised if I was alone. Anyway, it’s bookmarked for now.

Great theme mate!

Nice theme!

Your demo home page (http://wp.contempographicdesign.com/wp_consultant/) show an horizontal scroll bars.. Is that a bugs?

Thanks!

contempoinc

Give it a try again I think it was Slider Revolution, had it set to Full Width instead of Responsive.

Hello,

I have just started working on this theme and got this:

Warning: include() [function.include]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/content/07/9320507/html/testsite/wp-content/themes/consultant/admin/theme-functions.php on line 315

Help please!

Also, how to you remove the author box from pages?

Thanks!

Victoria

I had to move on use a different theme. I was on a deadline.

I switched from the Child theme to the parent theme and the errors have disappeared.

Okay, I take that back. The custom styles was in use and as soon as I turned custom styles on, I received the errors again.

Very nice and complete theme !

Just a litte question… How do you go in submenus with an iPhone ? http://screenqueri.es/JA3zM

Thx.

contempoinc

From the select menu.

ygirod

Sorry but it doesn’t show the SUBmenus…

I love this theme but for some reason all posts are showing up in all categories?

Ie, i have a post that belongs to category A, but the post also appears in all my other categories?

Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi Video tutorial? Photo Gallery? Sound Player to post audios? Thanks

contempoinc

Sorry no video tutorials, only written documentation. You’ll need to use a plugin for audio posts.

Hi,

Love the theme and the logo. Where abouts did you buy the logo from?

Thanks.

I really need a response to this if possible. I cannot move forward with my project as all my posts are appearing in all categories since i switched to this theme. Ive setup a demo to show you. http://www.thewhitbyguide.co.uk/new/ , i have placed 2 posts in this test area, both in different categories “whitby hotels” & “whitby bed and breakfast”

Both the posts are showing in both categories. Its very frustrating. My main website has over 200 posts so i need to ensure they are stay in the correct categories.

Hello, i did submit a support ticket a couple of days ago via your support website. Still waiting for a response. Thanks

contempoinc

All tickets are answered in the order received, I was out of town but I’m working through them today. Apologize for the inconvenience.

Your Site locks up my tablet and ipad every time. may want to look into that.

contempoinc

Tested, on my iPad and iPhone no problems.

Updated!

1/18/13 — View complete changelog here

In the new update, I had hoped to see a mention of a TinyMCE “content” block (that does not use a popup / modal dialog to do the content editing) added to the page builder since you had indicated it would be pretty trivial to do earlier.

Anyway, I’ll keep this bookmarked for later review if / when such a feature is added. :-)

contempoinc

Sorry about that, this is still slated for a future release. Been busy working on a new theme.

hi, is the logo included. if not where can i buy the logo?

contempoinc

The .png version of the logo is included but not the native file. You can purchase it on Graphic River
