This theme is really good. I just have one question before buying it. Can i have multiple authors who can add products? i mean will the template work in the normal wordpress way? or i just have to add products as an administrator? Actually i have multiple vendors that i want to add products to the site. So i am little confused how this is going to work.

Yep WooCommerce uses custom post types which means any user you add as an administrator can add/edit products etc.

Hi, I am trying to create an online pizza order site. The ordering should be easy and quick. Every product should be on the frontpage, along with their variations, no “read more” clicking. My idea is: Each pizza has has two variation sets: size (select) and a multi-select checkbox with optional extra toppings. I want to have these two possibilities on the homepage, under each product – the site selector would always be there, the list of toppings would only appear when someone clicks on the “customize” button… so that the whole order can be made from one page, no clicking needed. Is it possible to do that with this theme?

Personally I would recommend maybe looking into something a bit more suited to pizza delivery and these custom options. However I believe you could do this with WooCommerce if you wanted, though it would take some customising.

The slider images you will have to upload manually because of copyright issues with the photos. You can add new images by clicking manage images in the edit slider screen.

Is there a shortcode to display a random selection of products – if not, is there a way to do this. I’d like to show a selection on the homepage, but for it to change and not be static.

Hi there, For the life of me I can’t find where I add the weight of a product to a product. The Woocommerce docs say it is in the Product Data section, but looks like in the flexishop2 theme the weight option is missing.
I need to integrate the Australia Post plugin for shipping to this theme, but the plugin uses product weight to calculate costs. Please let me know how to get the standard Woocommerce weight option back. Thanks

I see your screenshot, and maybe my install is “corrupt” but I’m not seeing that here. I literally only see these fields (when virtual and downloadable isn’t checked) for Simple Product: SKU Regular Price Sale Price
Is there some file(s) I can just overwrite from the zip package to force these fielde to display?
That does sound strange …. I would try re-installing the latest version of WooCommerce to see if it thats the problem. If you haven’t modified any of the plugin files you should just be able to overwrite them.

The theme is localisation ready, so you can use a tool like WPMU (which is WooCommerce compatible) to do this. You just need the french and spanish translate files.

Hi, I am very interested in buying this theme. However, I just wanted to know if it supports different levels of users? Like if I wanted to have some users classed as “distributors”, and when they login, they will see a different set of pricing catered specially to them. And perhaps special “elite members”, who will see a discounted price on all items when they login. Is that possible?

I asked a question TWO (2x) weeks ago in regards to your player, you answered me with an other question and never got back to me—yet you have managed to help other members since… I don’t believe the original question was hard to understand though. Please reply with a solution.
Since the support is slow, I am going to save time here an highlight other important issues with your theme. I need them fixed asap.
I understand you are promoting Woocommerce extensions, and that you used Canvas. Let’s move on…
1) I purchased the Jplayer Product Sampler extension and it is NOT compatible with your theme. Simply put, your theme messes up the css making the extension unusable. This is an opportunity for you to update your own player (as per my previous post)—also making the above mentioned extension work as advertise with your theme. I tested Canvas and many other themes, and the extension works fine with them. Again, please read carefully my two weeks old post. I want to be able to use this premium extension with your theme, what should I do next please? At least provide a quick fix if your workload is that bad.
2) I also purchased the Sale Flash Pro extension—more issues; The problem is that you’ve only allowed to set “Sale” On OR Off globally… The extension, allows you to set it PER product. So if I turn Sale off globally as per your setting, then I cannot use the Sale Flash Pro extension on a per product basis—as it should. Further, because of this issue, if I don’t set ALL products manually to make use the extension, I get a mixture of your “Sale” as well as the Percent/Price setting. Not good. I want to be able to use this premium extension with your theme properly, what should I do next please? How do I bypass or remove your global setting to revert to the way it was intended originally—making it work properly with this extension?
3) You have removed the Woocommerce Layered Nav widget’s functionality, I need it back—what should I do. I know you “baked” your own version, but I want to use the original Woocommerce widget’s one.
4) Are you planning to update your theme with the updated Canvas core’s functionality? It is already at V5.01 and 5.1 is coming soon with more goodies.
PS: your Skype support is not to avail…

Unfortunately the music player is out of my control. The music shortcode obviously isn’t a huge part of the theme, so its not something we can consistently update. Regarding your other questions, we can’t test every extension available, however I will help you where I can.
1. If it is just a CSS issue then you should just be able to remove the CSS from our stylesheet that is overriding the extensions CSS . I would recommend using chrome inspector of firebug in firefox to determine which CSS it is.
2. 3. 4. Post this on our forum and Riwlis (who is more technically minded then I am) will help you out. I will email him now to let him know.
I would also recommend maybe getting in touch with a freelance developer to make sure all your customisation needs are met, check out freelanceswitch.com.

PS: I hope you will take the opportunity to update your own music player to v2.2 and make it pause the previous one automatically when playing a new one—when several players are on the same page that is. That would be gorgeous and I am sure it would be a piece of cake for you.
Regarding your issue with the sales flash pro plugin. Make sure the “hide products sale flash” is disabled on both the “shop/products page” and “singe product page” tabs. If you make sure these options are disabled the sales flash will display as it normally should, there is no “ON” global option as each product is either on sale or not.
I don’t believe the theme actually touches this sales code so its strange it is causing an error. Is it just a CSS issue or is there actually an error happening? From the extension page it looks like it will display the sale info automatically if the product is set to sale?
Can you enable the default twenty eleven theme and tell me if the problem persists. Then if that doesn’t work can remove lines 59 to 62 in functions/function-woocommerce.php and see if that fixes it for you.

Been looking into the Sale Flash Pro “issue”, well it seems that you can only hide THE Sale Flash Pro tag on a per product basis, in short, the normal Sale tag will still show up… I will contact Woothemes and see if they can amend it somehow—it doesn’t make sense, and Rilwis agreed as well.
Otherwise, thanks to Rilwis for pointing this out to me, as he suggested I tested it with another theme—same problem…
Please accept my apologies for assuming that your theme broke this feature.
On the other hand, Rilwis FIXED the issue with the other extension.

I am starting an art website. All products have an artist name and title. In the product name field for all products i put a
between the artist name and the title of the image. This works really well within the site although it prints out a
within any emails and in paypal, which looks a bit odd.
Is their any way to get an extra peice of information to appear on the individual products within the product category pages without having to put a

I apologise for the delay, however sometimes there is certain functionality which is of less importance, for example the music player. I am on the edge of dropping your theme really, too many issues. Seriously. It’s a shame because it wasn’t free…

Regarding the layered nav widget. This a WooCommerce widget and they have built it so that it only displays when filtering is required, e.g on shop page or category page. When on the single product page you are as deep down as you can go and no filtering is required. This is actually how the widget is supposed to function, if you require a product menu as opposed to filtering I suggest using either the product tags or categories widget.

Flexishop 2 is localisation ready, which means you can use a tool like WPML for translation. WooCommerce has the Swedish Krona built in, which you can select in settings.
