Are the three boxes that are on your demo homepage as features a part of the theme or did you just insert them into the homepage? If they are a part of the theme, where are they located in the admin panel??? I cannot locate them in the widgets or sidebars either. Please advise. Thanks!

I’d like to use a custom header (graphic) on the homepage – but when I do it shows the grey background unless the image is big enough… and if I change the css it has an area of white instead….and loses the color in the headers on other pages… is there a way to have a less tall graphic in a custom header on the homepage, and not show the grey background, or have blank space?

You could target just the homepage by doing something like this

Great, that worked – I added it to the custom css area of the design theme… however, it still leaves a lot of extra white space, any way to adjust the height of the custom header?

The height of the header area should by dynamic, so Im guessing it could be a margin which is causing the white space maybe? The header background shouldn’t be white so it might be the spacing below the header. Can you post your URL here so I can take a look?

It looks like there is an empty
tag in the header custom text field. Make sure there aren’t any white spaces after or before the image you posted.

The website is https://www.OnlineShopPakistan.net and I have tried to use the Breadcrumbs. I am using it primarily to make my Search Snippet of the page Rich Like explained here http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=185417 And through the Microformat I tested the example HTML CODE and it worked but when I removed, Its not working with the SEO Yoast Plugin while I already enabled breadcrumbs and even I used other plugins but didn’t worked out. We ship world wide so we need to put the shipping price for the each countries for example Asia=$20, Europe=$30, America=$40 something like this. I’ve recently purchased this great theme and made up a site. There is only one thing missing. I’d like to add a custom header to my blog landing page, but despite uploading a pic and ticking the box “show customer header” it only shows the standard title. How can I make it show the custom header? Please advise.

Hi, I am a Flexishop 1 user (www.caligrafiajaponesa.com) and before moving to Flexishop 2 I´d appreciate your confirming that all products can have a Meta Title and a Meta Description that does not have to be the Product name and the small description below in grey in your live preview. I guess we can also set the URL just like in any WP page or product. I´ve had heavy headaches with the SEO limitations of the other version, and I want to be quite sure of where I go now

Yep you can add custom SEO settings for each product and also the short description which ends up in the header. You can also edit the URL like any post or page.

Thanks for the great help so far, and for the super product.
I’m having one particularly annoying issue with the front page shortcodes for “featured products” or “recently added.” etc. For some reason the images being pulled in for this are the smallest res one that WP builds when you upload an image for the product in the product page.
The issue is that the image then stretches horribly on the front page.
Looking into this the images on the front page are reduced to thumbnail size, then stretched. (E.g. foo-bar-60-150.jpg) On the product page they are mid-size, which is fine (E.g. foo-bar-121-300.jpg), and on the lightbox pop out they’re the original size, which is spot on. (E.g. foo-bar.jpg)
Can you point me to where this image size selector is within the Woocommerce code so I can switch it off?

There are two areas you need to change the default image sizes. One in settings -> media. The other in WooCommerce -> Catalog (down the bottom). Make sure the image sizes are large enough so that they don’t stretch.

I am really happy with WP Flexishop, but it seems I have an issue with PHP 5 .4. My provider is preparing to upgrade my PHP version from 5.2 to 54. I tested WP Flexishop 2 with PHP 5 .4, but it looks like the slider feature is not working anymore. It shows a random set of images available on my site, but not the images I have specified for my slider.
I am running Flexishop 1.0.6
How can I fix this?

We just provide a way for you to customise titles, metatags etc, and the theme is built with SEO in mind (in terms of html structure), however there may be some functionality that Yoast provides that we don’t. If you feel like you need more control then maybe Yoast might be worth it, if not the then the default settings should be fine.

I verified the code many times it makes no difference.
I was able to post before, as you know. The only thing I can think of is that I cleared my cookies a while ago, but I don’t think this should be a problem.

Hmmmmm. In Woocommerce -> Settings -> Pages can you make sure all the pages are setup correctly. The only other thing I can think of is that the product categories aren’t setup correctly, but I’m sure you have gone over that.
Are the product categories showing up as well as the products, or just the products?
I just purchased this and I have a hard time finding a support on how to tweak the theme. I cant enter your forum despite entering the purchase order code.
I am clueless where each navigation is located. What is a top logged on menu? I cant seem to see anything on my page that shows this? It would be nice to be able to go to a easy access forum to see all these steps on all the features etc

What does it say when trying to access the forum with your support code? You can ask your questions here and I will do my best to answer.
The top logged on menu is the menu your buyers see when they are logged in. I would recommend importing the dummy data that came with the theme as it will help you explore the different menus and options available.
