Thanks for your response…been so busy havnt had a chance to thank you since i last posted a question. i have 2 problems i need your help with.
1. On the basket page…there is a thumbnail, product name, price etc, yet the thmbnail has no image? not sure where it needs to pull that from since i have images for my products etc…please advise
2. My checkout page is corrupt…it exists underpages and has all its content but when i try and preview it i get an error…or even if i go through the checkout process it errors…please advise as to how i build another or fix this?

1. Have you set a featured image for each product?
2. Have you made sure that in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Pages the checkout page is set correctly? On the edit page screen itself the checkout page should only have

also is there a way to have 2 payment options such as eft and paypal? if so please let me know how i do that…i went the payment gateway route but will only let me select one

They are actually just images using column shortcodes. So if you are using the demo content you will find this in the homepage content.

Hello, when I have an order come in, and we fulfill it, and add in the tracking info for the shipping, is there a way or a setting or plugin you could recommend that would send this update/info to the customer. So that they can track their shipment.

In the manual it just shows one drop down menu but in mine it has two one for user admin and one for user saxon, do I apply both to my user admin?

Can you make sure your directory /wp-content/uploads is writeable and also make sure you check the “upload attachments” checkbox checked.
Im not sure why but on my contact us page it says no email set but i have set it in the general wordpress settings and i also set it within the woo e commerce settings of the plugin
You can use the contact form shortcode. It should look like this

I have encountered a frustrating problem, when I add the ; WooCommerce Product Categories widget to my sidebar, it shows perfectly in alphabetical order when shown as a list, but soon as I select it to be shown as a dropdown it no longer displays in alphabetical order no matter what setting I select.
Please advise how i can have this as a drop down menu and display in alphabetical order it’s driving me nuts

This is a good one… I’ve just gone and added the widget myself and ordered by name and it all works fine. Unfortunately as the widget is a WooCommerce widget I won’t be able to help much if it is a bug. I would recommend posting int he WooCommerce forums to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

There is a setting in in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Catalog named “Show subcategories on the shop page ”, make sure this is enabled. see here http://cl.ly/LS2x.

There is a setting in WooCommerce -> Settings -> General named “Enable guest checkout (no account required) ”. You can disable this to make sure people have to register before making a purchase.

For the little online shop I’m using your theme for, customers from certain countries don’t pay VAT (a type of tax) on their purchases. Is there either an automated way of amending the basket price when the customer enters their country details? Basically is there a way of us adding a list of countries which have a different sales tax to the rest?
