Thank you for your purchase, it looks like the JS for the gallery isn’t loading or there’s a conflict, I can’t really help to much since the templates have been modded but it maybe something to do with the lightbox js or wordtube js files you’ve added. Try removing each one and testing.

Lightbox was the culperate. I deactivated and it’s back to normal. It make sense that there would be a conflict between both JS.

Is there a way to change the number of “featured” items on the home page, or number of images on posts?

I love the effect, but I don’t want 8 featured entries for the home page, and I’d love to have the option of having fewer (or more) sliding images on the entry pages.

Right now, if there’s nothing there (featured post, or image) then there’s just a blank space that gets cycled through.

Make sure you have GD library installed on your server, also make sure the img_resize folder is set to 777

just to clarify, i can upload images and see them within the Media library, but they are not visible on the page. Same suggestion?

numberposts=8to the number of posts you would like to display and also make sure to change lines 26-33 to correspond to the number on line 10

And my follow-up is: Line 10 on which page exactly?

And what about the individual posts with the 4 images – same type of deal? Is it a once for all posts setting (if I set it to 2, all posts only get 2 images to slide through) or can it be set on a per post basis?

You’ll need to modify the top margin on line 8 in css > superfish.css

To exclude your News category the simplest way make line 57 in header.php, like the below, where the two numbers at the end are your featured category and news category:

<?php wp_list_categories('orderby=ASC&show_count=0&title_li=&exclude=2,6'); ?>

That will just remove those two categories from showing in the navigation
