WP ProPhoto - A Wordpress Theme For Photographers

Hi, I have another question. I’m trying to crop the thumbnails of my images so that I don’t have any cut off heads and weird image things on the main category pages.

I’ve cropped the thumbnails in the media area, and they show up as the cropped thumbnail when I create a post, but those thumbnails are not displaying on the category pages – just the main images (with cut off heads).

Is there a place somewhere or setting that I’m supposed to select so that those cropped thumbnails are displayed, but still show the big image in the lightbox thingy?

I might not be using the right technical terms but hopefully my question makes sense.

Hi, This template seems gr8. Just wanted to skd you couple of things. is there any limit on the number of photos that can be uploaded on the main page or the different categories’ pages, adn second, could i make any photo affiliated with a different site by entering a webpage address to it? thx

It seems that I have to create a post for ONE image to show on the home page? Can I create one post for multiple images? With over 100 images, creating a post for each just doesn’t work well.

is there an easier way to upload images? Such as utilizing the inbuilt wordpress photo gallery?

but no, I have little knowledge of PHP or how Wordpress works (probably the reason why I’m purchasing a theme in the first place)

Possible for any help or direction in this matter? Perhaps point me as to where I should change the codes?

Hi, just wanto to find out if i can use another language for the names of the different categories and the name of the site as well. I mean, not just a language other than english, but a different alphabet as well (cyrillic for example) Thank you

Can it be set up in such a way that when one clicks on the images it leads to individual pages?

Currently when you click on the images it pop out to show either a video or larger image. Can we instead make it go to a page where I need to add lots of texts? So each image having one page.

I´ve reinstalled the prophoto theme and now I have little dots at the menu and at the left list of categories, I would like to know how to remove this litlle grey dots. And second, where can I edit the menu to change the order of the menu items?

Does your theme support sub-categories?
