Hi, Hope you are doing well. I am having a few issues that I hope you can help me with. The “text” or the html page tab will not open up. I can’t edit a picture. The edit tab will not open up an edit box. I can’t get the link button to work. I have two churches using this theme and both of them are reporting the same problems. Seems that it started happening about mid dec not sure of exact date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! We are using this theme on our church website. And today someone noticed that when they visited the page they got this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_active_sidebar() in /home2/cotroc/public_html/wp-content/themes/wp-church/index.php on line 81
Not sure what happened b/c we haven’t changed anything in a while other than like posting a video…and we haven’t been having any problems! Please help! People are visiting the site and getting nothing! Thanks in advance!!!

I need help with creating the logo. i can open the file that was given in photoshop but when I try to do it it have white under where the logo have a zig zag on the bottom.

Hello Net-Labs, I have done the updates from the above link. I am having the issue of uploading images to the “media” or “set featured image” section and the images are a broken link. just downloaded the Theme, I cant find where to upload the logo… following the information in the documentation but its not matching up
Hi FajarDok.
You’ll see the Church options panel in the admin section lefthand side and almost at the top. It’s got a small church icon with WP-church next to it.
The logo uploader is the first thing that you’ll see when you access the theme options.

Hello! I can’t seem to get the font family override function to work. I’m entering:
font-family: Copperplate / Copperplate Gothic Light, sans-serif;
in the field provided, but nothing changes. Am I missing something?

We’ve been using the WP-church theme for ~2 years now and are really noticing that the site takes a long time to load. My best guess is that it is related to the large sermon audio files being loaded, but could be wrong.

I have two questions before purchase. 1) Is this going to be a responsive theme in the future? 2) On the calendar, can you view the calendar as a whole month instead of a long list of upcoming events? 3) When you upload audio, does it upload it to a specific audio rss feed? So someone could subscribe to it? Like a podcast? 4) Do you have an audio podcast feed widget to display 3-4 of the latest podcast uploads (like, iTunes)? If not, will your theme support Seriously Simple Podcasting or Bluburry?

1. The theme will still take quite a few months before there’s a responsive version out.
2. There’s no “calendar style” view for the calendar, only a agenda style.
3. Because of the fact that it’s a custom post type, you can add a feed easliy but it will not be a functional podcast feed.
There’s no widget to display latest messages.

When I use Advanced Recurring (for like the 2nd Saturday of the Month) the place, time and doesn’t show when I select the event.
