Hi yes, I’m planning to do that also, I’ve got the most important thing for that which is “engine” of that theme, allowing to add and manage various kind of points, polygons and other data to maps, and it’s well integrated into WordPress, so I probably won’t stop on this one theme

If you have any ideas for functionality of directory theme I’d appreciate if you could share it with me(via mail)

not currently, I was planing to add widget which would show distance between person visiting page and author location (with markers on map) but it’s not easy in implementation. I’ll try to add it if sales will be satisfactory

can you send me login details to your wordpress installation (if you could also give me acess to FTP it would be great, these files are not editable via wordpress panel)? It’s strange that these actions ends with 404. It might be because file wp-load.php is called for them, but I’d need to look at it to check what’s wrong. You can send me email via my profile page.

i figured you would like an update of the buttons problem. I erased the original installation, zipped the folder with the wordpress files and installed through the uploader in the cms instead of the ftp. That seems to have made the trick.

Now that’s more suprising solution than the problem was itself I’m happy it works Cheers

I can’t get the map to show up in the post and is nice to have some sample data to see what i am doing wrong.

Did you watch screencasts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tjvejuviDs&feature=related and red documentation? It should help.

You need to select Enable map in post options. Maybe it’s some technical problem? If you’ll send me login details to your WP I can check that and add some sample posts.

I’ve tested it under Android, it’s not perfect to be honest, but it has full functionality, you can add pins to map and to other things. It will be much nicer experience to use it with something with bigger screen than phone. Please contact me via my profile page. I’ll give you access to this theme demo so you’ll be able to check it.

Hi currently it works this way that first page map shows marker from all post, if that posts have Main Location marker set to somewhere in Beijing, it will show only Beijing. I’ll try to add option for another type of map which will show only specified locations.

Hi after checking it again I think there is misundestanding in how you use this feature. So for the record: after you’ll upload photo (or photos), save post as a draft, then you’ll see below post content editor the thumbnail of this photo, which can be dragged to Featured photo area. That way you’ll show that photo on main page, and it doesn’t matter if it’s set to Photo Post, or Normal Post. Now you can insert that photo to post content, it will show too big, but that’s something I’m fixing.

The same situation is with Video post. If you’ll want to show video on main page, just select Video post, and paste embed code to textarea below. It shouldn’t be duplicated again in post content. If you don’t want to show video as featured element on main page, just dont’ use it as “Video post”, and put embed code in post with smaller size than 1030.

I’m now updating theme, and adding button to remove featured photo, and to fix bug with photos bigger than content.
