Hi I purchased this theme, however I would like to make some changes to the default landing page by introducing a flash intro and then click to the wordpress site. Appreciate your help in sharing the same on how to do it. I am new to wordpress

Hi there! Is it possible to change the position of the map manually? There are some markers on the map but the marker on London, England is nearly hidden behind the top banner with navigation. It would be great if I could shift the map a few pixels down.

My question: i would like to create a line between two markers on the map. (showing the route we drove). Is there a way to do that?

@dianavermeij You can do that creating a map with lines and markers in google maps and exporting it to as KML. check this out http://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/30241/how-to-export-google-my-places-map-now-that-the-kml-button-is-missing

Hi, I would like to ask for two changes / ask two questions:

1. I miss “slideshow” option for gallery, when in post. Clicking on the right arrow is not very convenient, especiially when there is plenty of photos.

2. Slidshow is possible from “preview gallery” from main page, but then the previewwindow is small and effectively photos are not that attractive. In addition such a solution is not very intuitive. Would that be possible to change that to the gallery giving big photos, ideally with same slideshow as per pt. 1?

Whoud that be possible to do such a custom dev? Thanks for you answer.

Love the theme

Since the WP- Media gallery upgrade, i’m having trouble. I can no longer see how to order the images which are uploaded to a post. it seams they are ordered by image ref (a series of numbers).

Are you able to point me in the direction of where I go to order the images in the gallery?

It would be very useful a nearby post widget showing up (maybe in a map) all the post nearby the the location of the post you’re reading. Thank you.

Just purchased this theme and tried installing it, but I got an error:

“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed”

How do I fix this?

I would like to add markers for each country I have visited. When these are clicked, I want the map to zoom and centre on that country…showing all markers for the multiple individual posts i have written, relevant to that country. Is this possible?

Hi, I would like to mix image and video inside both preview and post gallery.

Video will be embed using the youtube embed code just like the Video post type.

It doesn’t seem to be possible for now.

I would also like to have a image gallery inside a post even if i selected video post.

Looking at your code, it seem that the image attachement type is hardcoded in all galleries, it will required a good amount of work to support mixed type. I have the idea of creating a new attachment type (youtube link) that could be compatible with your galleries, but i’m new to wordpress and i’m not sure it will be possible.

Do you have any advice to help me acheive the mixed image/video gallery?

If i modify the klm file of a post, post map doesn’t update.

I am having difficulty using and configuring the default photo gallery in the theme. I am blogging from an iOS device and have the app.

Does the wpTraveller theme support any other photo plugins?

The right margin on my posts is missing! Consequently, the ‘next post’ button isn’t completely visible. How do I fix this?

Wonderful theme, just bought and set up!

I’m having a gallery problem though;

Viewing your demo page I see the image strip of thumbnails, with the main image underneath then it runs straight into the text below that. This is what I want to achieve! Clicking on Fuerteventura in the demo shows this working:

However my own gallery shows the strip of thumbnails, the main image slider and then repeats the images again below this.

How do I remove the images and just show the text below the main slider window as in the demo? I can’t see an option for this in the gallery creator, it asks to specify no. of rows and the picture order but I’m finding both are ignored when the page is run.

Great theme, I just need to learn to use it! Any help much appreciated!

Hi, just purchased and installed the theme. I first upgraded to wordpress 3.5.1 before installing the theme. Now if I click on add new post I don’t see the menu bar above the text area (the fond options, colours etc). Please help.
