All Our Best,
Your Theme.co Team
Hello, I am trying to upload the .zip file and I get the following error:
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
It sounds like you are trying to upload the wrong file. ThemeForest provides you two files to download: the theme only files (which is what you upload to your site) and the theme + documentation (which you cannot upload to your site). Make sure you are only uploading the theme file only. Cheers!
How do you enlarge the top bar text?
All theme support is provided in our forum. If you have not registered yet, you can do so here: http://theme.co/x/go/register.php. After searching the knowledge base and forum if you are still stuck, feel free to open a new thread, and a member of our support team will be happy to help. Cheers, my friend!
the shop demo is pretty basic but very clean, what options are there for woocommerce?
can we specify columns?
use as catalog?
what else? updates coming?
witch is highest in priority in your timeline?
We simply provide styling for WooCommerce and the elements in their plugin. How you use that to build your store and layout is up to you and not something we support. We do not plan any additional styling aside from future Stacks which will have their own unique WooCommerce styling.
Looks like you do not support BuddyPress, or BBPress, or LearnDash, or any other plugin that creates its own custom pages. Is this true? This seems to be a severe limitation for such an otherwise great theme.
Do you plan to support these types of plugins in the future?
We do not have integrated support for BuddyPress or BBPress (not heard of LearnDash before, but it falls under the same realm as other 3rd party plugins). We are considering adding support for BuddyPress and BBPress at a later date, however as we have communicated in the TF comments previously, we do not have a date for that currently. Cheers!
I promise I’m getting close to making a decision. You support here has been awesome! Thank you. And you have made a cool theme.
As I look at functionality for a non-coder… Is it possible to to incorporate transitions like on this site ( http://themify.me/demo/#theme=flat ) as you scroll up and down the page?
Have you seen our Renew 2 Demo. There are several similar elements/transitions.
Also, regarding your other question, I’m awaiting the right person who can answer that, and they will be on soon
Can the transitions be added to Integrity? And can they be set to fire again once you scroll back over them?
Thank you for taking the time to look into the menu question!
Those are not Renew specific, so yes the transitions can be used on any Stack. They do not fire backwards, just scrolling down.
And you bet on the other question…that’s what we’re here for
Just a quick note that as of June 20, 2014 we have switched our Renew 2 and Renew 10 demos for organization purposes. The Renew 2 demo is now a one page example (using the Renew Stack) while the Renew 10 demo is the fullwidth colored bands. We wanted to pass that on to avoid any potential confusion since part of your question and/or our answer had to do with those demos. Cheers!
Hi there Themeco…..
Seriously….Thanx for the most impressive theme I’ve come across thus far. In the land of theme custamiseability, X is KING.
I have a question about the Visual Composer that is a recommended / required plugin. I see that the author site has a purchase area for the full product. On my local copy I can’t see any area for me to activate the plugin, so….
I’m wondering, Is this a feature of the theme that it comes with a full activated version of Visual Composer, or is there a possibility that it will be deactivated after a limited trial period?
“X also includes the “Visual Composer” plugin, allowing you to quickly and eas- ily layout unique page templates using our shortcodes in a visual interface. We have done some extensive custom integration to make your experience feel tailor made for the X theme.”
... perhaps reading the documentation would help….My bad, Thanx!! This is a $30 product that’s included with your theme(R318.79 ZAR).
Impressed yet again (^^,)
– Thank you for your kind words, Ryan! Let us know should you need anything further.
when i add text in one half column and image in another half, instead of the columns stacking responsively on top of each other, the image shrinks in the last half column at resolutions 1024 and tablet sizes so i have text and a tiny image next to it with huge gap underneath. How do I ensure the columns always stack responsively please.
Our developers would be happy to help you with that in the forum as that is where all theme support is handled. If you have not registered already, you can do so here: http://theme.co/x/go/register.php

Our pleasure, Saar! Looking forward to having you in the Themeco family. Shalom
Is it possible to integrate a forum and a member login area at top right corner?
Even without a forum, is putting member login area at top right corner easy to do?
If you are asking about putting links to a member forum and login page, you can set whatever text items you wish in your menu. Alternatively, there is the optional top “drawer” widget area that you could place information such as this in.
I think to show example would be clearer. Here’s a perfect example:
They have member login area at top right corner, and even on the red banner.
They have a forum in one of the pages.
These is what I want to achieve.
Yes, and as was communicated before you can set whatever link/destination you want in your menu. It will be your responsibility to setup and configure you own forum and member login pages, but since you were asking whether you could link to them in the top right corner, the answer is Yes assuming you have a fixed or static top menu.
Does this theme support 2 different main menus?
You can create an unlimited number of menus, however you can only have one of them activated in each section at a time.
I’m not sure what you mean by “section”. I need to be able to assign “main top nav menu A” to pages 1, 2 & 3. and “main top nav menu B” to pages 4, 5 & 6.
There is a feature for our One Page option in the meta fields of each individual page where you can select a One Page menu. You can use this also to display custom menus on a page without using the one page function. If you have any questions on this further, please post them in the forum as that is where all theme support is handled. If you have not registered yet, you can do so here: http://theme.co/x/go/register.php
I am looking to build a moving and storage site and need customers to be able to leave reviews for each service page. Will the reviews in this work for that and will they populate on google search?
You will need a separate application or plugin for reviews, and integrating and troubleshooting 3rd party plugins are the responsibility of each customer.
So if i use the reviews included the commerce that will not work?
If this is related to WooCommerce, you will need to talk with the folks who developed the plugin (WooThemes). We simply provide styling for the shop powered by WooCommerce. Whether or not those show up in Google’s results with the stars/reviews is something you would need to take up with them. Thanks for stopping by, and let us know if you need anything further!
Still so undecided on this one. Love the theme, love its endless options and creative potential. But I don’t do well on Demos! I like completed sites!
So i’ll just have to bite.
Is there a question for us in there somewhere
No.. We love the theme, we’re constantly building with wordpress and premium themes from ThemeForest
Recently just completed a magazine style website, Would have loved to have used Theme X, but anything we saw in the Demo, a little too abstract.
As you can tell.. curiosity killed the cat. We just purchased!
Looking forward to having you on board Raphael! Also, if you like Magazine styled sites, we have a very exciting announcement related to that in the next few weeks Can’t let the cat out of the bag just yet…
AWESOME!! YES PLEASE! THANK YOU! i’ll touch base with you guys on the forum, so you can get an idea of what we’re working on. Would love to hear more!
Sounds great, my friend!
Thank you again! I started looking in the Show case thread and also posted there a public reply in general and a Private reply with a link to a URL of a site we just built with a magazine, hoping we can do the same and more with Theme X
On the verge of buying. Can anyone tell if all the 30 demo sites are included in the package .. its easy to get started with them
we provide the demo conent and theme option settings of all 30 demos in our member area so you can download the one you want to use at any time.
thanks. I have bought the theme. now facing problem with the visual composer.
i downloaded the integrity01 html for VC and copied it into text area.
it works, but the fade in , parralex and a few other effects are not working. There are a lot of misalignments happening too.
please help on this.

now i have had my share of buying templates and them not being what i needed and being that this one i can customize it OK cool but i says nothing about music integration and also I’m wondering after I purchase do i pay a monthly fee or was that just an example
You can see some of our audio Shortcode options here: http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/shortcodes/audio/.
There are no mandatory monthly fees after purchase. The ones you are referring to are simply for illustrative purposes on our pricing tables (to show how data in a pricing table would look when using our pricing table Shortcode).

Hi, I’m completely new to WordPress and am trying to create a site that showcases my artwork, allows people to purchase and provides a blog. Since this is all new to me, my level of experience with code is nonexistent. I already bought a premium theme from another company and am not happy with it or the support. I’m just wondering how user friendly this theme is for a complete neophyte.
We feel X is a great balance between high end functionality and user friendliness. Having said that, there is always a learning curve with any new product, especially one as dynamic as X. We have put together a lot of resources in the form of video tutorials, articles, demo content, a member forum, and more to help provide much more than just a “theme.” Since you are completely new to WordPress, your learning curve will be steeper, but if you are willing to put in the work to learn, we’ve provided many tools to help along the way.
With regards to support, we provide theme support in our forums and take exceptional customer service very seriously. We’re big fans of the Golden Rule around here We do not provide support for customizations or 3rd party plugins as is the case with other theme developers.
Looking forward to having you in the Themco family
I have not yet purchased my first theme and I like X. Can you help me understand the licensing terms? I’d like to purchase X and use its stack feature to create a unique look to a single site and an equally unique look to that sites subdomains which would fully embrace the power and capability of the groundbreaking stack concept. The terms clearly indicate one end product. The terms also clearly indicate a single install. These terms conflict in this use case. I hoping your interpretation is that the single site is considered one end products and installing copies in support of subdomains is acceptable. Your clarification is much appreciated.
As long as the subdomains are in your control and not for 3rd parties or customers (i.e. you sell john.yoursite.com to John and suzy.yoursite.com to Suzy) then you would be fine to use X on more than one subdomain of the main domain. If you are in any way selling or renting or sharing the domain to customers, partners, or 3rd parties then you would need a unique license for each use of X.
Sweet, thank you!
Hello, and first of all, congratulations for the amazing support given to the other customers and users. I feel that you put truly empathy at working with support, a must need!
Now, I want to know how the updates work and if you work with child themes. Demo content are child themes? I don’t get it, but I want a site that never change it theme in order to update. Are there any activations to be done inside the theme?
Last question: The slides animations here http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/2/ and the video background here http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/ are functions of the theme or Slider Revolution? I say this because they only offer support if we buy directly from them.
That’s all, thank you.
Thank you for your kind words! We do our best to go above and beyond
Regarding your questions…
1) We definitely recommend the use of child themes and provide child themes in our member area for each Stack so any changes you make can be done there and there won’t be issues when updating the theme in the future. We are also investigating some automatic theme update options for some point in the future, and in this case you would definitely want to be making changes via child themes so as to not override any modifications you make to the theme.
2) Those are both unique functions within the theme, however with the video feature as seen in Integrity 1 we use a slide created in Revolution Slider as part of the process to implement the effect.
Hi, great theme from what I’ve seen on the demo.
However I wanted to ask, before deciding to go with this for my new website, about the one-page style if that’s the name. I see that the menu’s items lead to parts of the same page, instead of differents pages.
I’m going to want that once installed in my hosting. Is that preconfigured or easy to do, if not?
Thanks in advance!
Thank-you for your kind words! When you say once installed on your hosting, can you explain what you mean by that?
If you are simply asking whether the one page functionality is easy to setup, it is very straight forward, and we provide step by step instructions in our member area.
Let us know if you need anything further, my friend!
I meant when I get a hold of the code, the theme to use it.
And yes, I was just asking that, thanks!
