Hi

I’m getting the error

Fatal error: Class ‘woocommerce_order’ not found in /home/collecta/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sagepay-direct-for-woocommerce-payment-gateway/ds-sagepay-direct.php on line 483

Any ideas?

Hi I originally posted a question (pretty badly) and thought I’d try again. Is there a way to disable the auto-zoom on Single Products Page (see this image http://www.ledlights2go.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/LED_ZoomExample.jpg ) Some of the client images aren’t good enough to zoom in so if it’s possible to disable or amend some code that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
There is such feature in latest version of our theme. Navigate to XMarket settings > Single Product Page > unselect Enable Cloud Zoom for products.

Hi thanks, before I update Theme I get a Warning saying I will lose all customisations, is this just if I’ve changed css/php and not my content etc? Thanks.

Yes, you will loose only changes, that you have made in files of our template. Before you begin the XMarket updating process, we recommend to do the backup of all your files! To update the theme, download the zipped package from ThemeForest and extract to your desktop. In the extracted package you will find two archives XMarket_theme_v1.4_for_woocommerce_2.0.zip(for WooCommerce 2.0 and above) and xmarket_theme_v.1.4.zip (for Woocommerce earlier then 2.0), which are the wordpress themes. Extract necessary zip file and upload the extracted folder to /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server with overwriting.

Several clients complained about errors on frontend after Envato Toolkit plugin installation. If you use WooCommerce plugin version 2.0 or above and don’t have any problems with plugin, you can update your theme by this way.

Thanks for a great theme, how do i remove the categories showing up on the product sidebar, i have so many categories and do not want them there, only a search box that i have made.

When you add any widget to the Product Page sidebar, categories disappear automatically.

No support at all. I have tried through their site, but nothing happens. The manual is worth almost nothing, so you are on your own with this one. The theme is ok in many ways, but has some bugs and CSS flaws. Would not recommend this one if you don’t like to dig into coding.

it’s not showing the layerslider. i already installed the layerslider plugin and did settings based on the documentation guide but it’s still not showing. is there any needed settings or installation to do?

I am trying to change the color of the add to cart button only because I want it to stand out over the rest of the theme and can’t seem to find the code. I thought it was in the stylesheet under add to cart but the changes I made did not work.

Hi,
You can add desired widgets (8theme – Subcategories list, Search) to Product Page sidebar widget area at Appearance > Widgets. Also you can find which widgets we have used in documentation (http://8theme.com/demo/xmarket-wo/docs/index.html#widgets). Add and edit them. You should read it carefully, it will help you to eliminate most of potential problems with incorrect configuration.

Hi!

Thank you for a great theme!

I use the SubCategories widget in Product Page, and it works as it should, except for one think. One category is allways “open” (showing the subcategories for the category) and I dont know how to “close” it? A lot of other categories have subs, but it’s this one that is allways open when i click on Products in the menu-bar. I’m not sure, but it could be the first category I made, can that have something to do with it?

Hi,
This is an accordion feature and first category with subcategories it opened by default. You can disable Navigation accordion in at Blanco settings, then all subcategories will be shown. If you want to use navigation accordion, but have closed categories, edit wp-content/themes/xmarket/js/script.js find line 190 jQuery (’.categories-group.has-subnav:first’).addClass(‘opened’).find (‘ul’).show(); and comment out it.

In my Shop the left hand category panel has disappeared. I have Envato plugin installed and I understand there may be issues with Envato. Whenever I deactivate Envato it reactivates again, when I delete it from FTP Folder the theme then says it requires Envato. Really need to sort this out and appreciate any help with this. Hi,
You had to resave theme settings after update. But we can see you solved your problem with left side bar. You can find here http://8theme.com/demo/xmarket-wo/docs/index.html#widgets which widgets we have used there in our theme. Set how many products you want to show per page via Settings – Reading – Blog pages show at most (because we see 1 product in last row). And in your case it should be multiple of 3. Also set banner above products at XMarket > Product Page > upload product page banner.

Help! help me! I just update my version 1.2 to 1.4 and super version all bugs have been fixed. Now I have a concern with javascript, nothing works. I went through the following steps 1. Installed Woocommerce 2.0.8 2. Installed Envato 3. Used Envato to update the theme to 1.4

Two issues occur.

1. When I tried to enter the dashboard again, it gave the following error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Envato_WP_Toolkit::checkForUpdate() in /var/www/devbin.nl/petjasjop/wp-content/themes/xmarket/code/admin.php on line 10

2. In the webshop itself (after installing Woocommerce 2.0, and both before/after updating the Xmarket theme)

a. The category menu on the left is gone b. Positioning and sizing of the product cells are entirely off

If you have problem with Envato plugin delete it and make updates manually via FTP.
a) Resave theme settings in admin panel.
b) Contact us on http://support.8theme.com , send admin panel and FTP accesses and provide ticket ID here.

Deactivating Envato and updating Woocommerce and the theme manually did the trick for the most part.

The dashboard works again and the sizing of the product cells is fixed. Just the category menu left. Thanks for the response so far. I’ll contact you on the support page if I don’t manage to fix it.

Hey, I purchased this theme and I’m having problems in the product section because I can not change the featured photo. It is already pre choosen on a picture that just has a question mark in the box. It will not allow me to choose anything else. If i do choose something else it reverts back to the original checked box.

Open your product. Press on Featured Image, choose necessary image (or upload) and press “Set featured image” button. Update your product.

Hey 8theme,

That is what I’m trying to say. I’ve done that. It doesn’t work. I only see it pre clicked on a question marked picture. There is no way to change it. Every time I click on another photo, it doesn’t work and does not update the product. In fact, I none of products are displaying. Please help me soon.
