1. Why doesnt this code work on my page: [etheme_bestsellers title=”“] insert the slider bestselled products;

2. Whats the code to put all best sellers in one site?

3. I put this code on my site and it doesnt have the sliding effect, with arrows, why: [etheme_featured title=”recommended”]

4. Is there a shortcode for slide in frontpage on sales/discounts?

5. Whats the code to put all the products on sale/discounts to a single page?

Hi 8theme. Do you have supports for Google Analytics box ? I’ve add the code under </head>, but what the happen if i update in the future ? Can you add Google Analytics box in next version.

It seems re ordering images does not work.

Hello 8theme-Team,

i really like this template but now as have worked with it, I found some bugs or styling mistakes that should be corrected. Here are the main points:

1. If I open the website on my Ipad 4 in vertical position, then the page is not centered. On the left side is a big margin and on the right side the page is cut off. If i re-zoom the website with my fingers, than it is centered, but the shopping cart drop down on the top right corner overlaps the right margin. You can see this on the screenshots.

2. The next things is that on my Ipad all the buttons have a serif font instead of the regular font used for the template. Also the menu on the footer “site map, search term etc.” is in a serif font.

3. The last things is if I will insert the styling shortcuts for columns in the tabs of the product description. Then it does not work.

Sorry for my bad english but I hope you understand me! The documentation is very short and many standard features like shortcuts are not explained. I don’t understand why because your previous templates e.g. Blanco are very similar and so you should really know the problems.

How can I remove Product Gallery Images? They still show up as thumbnails after removing them from the product page.

Since the update the category menu disappeared. I posted here and created a ticket more than 3 weeks ago, which I mentioned in the original post at least a week ago ( JEF-403-12148 ).

Hello, I contacted 8theme support but no reply yet: How do you get the short codes to work? I’ve inserted them in the pages and they are not working?? Can you send me an example code in a full page that works please. Also, I’m trying to get column’s to work using etheme_column size=”one_half” last=”1” and that is not working. For example:
