I tested your demo site on iPad and the menu that loads for vertical orientation doesn’t work. Is this a flash dependent menu?

No, we have a HMTL version only, but we will publish a WP version in a month or so
Hi FAB design – really unique. I LOVE it! Unfortunately I found the same problem in iPad3 vertical orientation – the menu is not working. I checked in iPhone and it works fine.
