this is one of the WORST support I have experienced by any Theme Developers… It was my mistake that I read similar issues of support from previous buyers, but still bought this theme… I strongly recommend everyone NOT to consider buying this theme… in hours of installation, it CRASHED, and there is NO response to my repeated request to rectify that…

I have a problem with IE8,IE9,IE10,IE11, the main menu, logo and lots of the things is not working properly on home and inner pages, what m supposed to do, reply asap
Last time that we check the theme, he didn’t have any problems on internet explorer (unless certain features don’t work in the same way that in other modern browsers).

Hi! Like some others, I also am not able to get the contact form working. I have entered the correct info and after sending message with the form it says “message sent successfully” but the message never arrives.
Have i done a wrong setting or is the contact for just wrecked? Please don’t just tell me to use another contact form plugin…
Of course you don’t need to use other contact form plugin! Our contact form shortcode is working well, maybe it needs some small adjustments due to some especification in some servers.

4) Yes you can. If you choose the recent projects without slider you can choose how many projects you want to show, and how many you want per line.

Thanks, i wanted to also ask, cause im having problems with sizing the recent project thumbnail. Whats the actual size of thumbnail, cause everytime i upload an image its either stretched, or doesnt fit properly in the thumbnail. Also, whenever i try to enable the twitter scrollbar, my page becomes white and displays nothing, i entered the right twitter api details and twitter username url, but still nothing

This theme does not support filter by category at a blog page.
The most basic thing is not included. Very dissapointed with my purchase. Not to mention that this theme is not easy to work with. ZAP should be removed from themeforest. Sorry guys

I agree with the other owners that the support is far from good. The recommendation was to get support from Designare’s support forum. I go there they say come back to themeforest and download version 1.3 of the Zap theme; well on themeforest there is only 1.2 available, so what am I supposed to do now? My site has multiple issues because 1.2 is very buggy and these guys are dancing around the issues, tossing out apologies, rather than growing a pair and dealing with it.
..frustrating. I will not purchase from these guys again.

You can disable the top panel functionality on the Zap Options -> Top Contants -> Enable Top Panel
There is carousel for Recent Projects
There is carousel for Clients
But I cannot find how to make custom carousel for products from Woo commerce, is there any option to make custom carousel to feature 4 products on home from Woo products?
The wooCommerce plugin already have that. Try the recent products shortcode.

so far I had no issues with your nice template but I wonder which code I have to remove to get rid of the “Slide-Down-+”-Feature on top right. I don’t want to use it so I would like to remove it.

I have been trying to get a simple answer since week and a half and never got a reply. I got a reply to one question fair enough. But my client is asking to simply link some copy and icon to contact page and nothing. All the other themes I have bought have been pretty good in response. Your themes look good but support is not. Which leaves me looking like a fool.

Hey, quick question. Your short code for contact form does not allow to send a from email address, so whenever an email is sent from that form it says <> as the receiver, which is not ideal since there is not email address to answer to.

Another question please : can you tell me how to use LayerSlider Wp without taking all the width of the page. I indicate a width of 1000px and puts an image 1000px wide but it remains in full screen width. The boxed option is not aesthetic.

This is a great theme, can you please advise how to change the theme to the boxed version. In admin I have tried to do this, however it does not change to the boxed version. Any advice would be appreciated.

One of the worst support in the age of internet world.. they are just keen to make money and not to give support we have asked queried many times but they never seems to answer and when they answer here they say raise a ticket on our domain and if we raise ticket there, same problem.
