Lacking a support forum seems counter productive. Obviously, with forums, buyers of the theme can usually find their answers on the forums without having to submit a ticket.
You are probably right, however we are already considering an option of launching the public support forum.

Also, I’m trying to add a block image which I believe is the shortcode “gap”. The instructions aren’t that clear and I’m not understanding how to create that image in a post.
In your instructions it say’s a post type parallax….it really doesn’t make much sense on how to do this, am I missing something?

I’m having issues with the background pattern option from the right side panel of the page. I don’t want any pattern but I do want it in a different color. How can I change that? I tried changing the background image to white or the background color but it’s not changing anything.
Also, what’s the size specifications for the background images when using parallax?

Also, is there a way to make the gallery bigger? I’m using the gallery format on some of my portfolio items but it’s not showing the entire image… i’ve also noticed that if I use the standard format, I can click on the image and it goes to a lightbox where I can enlarge the image but that’s not available when using the gallery format.

I’m having some problems with this theme – little quirks here and there but overall i really love it. Please answer my two pending support tickets – I cannot get google analytics to track anything and the gallery photo posts are repeating themselves on my blog page incorrectly.

Is it possible to make the header and the backgrounds between parallax’s black…does the theme have a dark skin?

Buyers, the filtering on the categories for the portfolio does not work properly on this theme. The author states it will be fixed in the future but that was a month ago.

I purchased this theme yesterday and I can’t seem to be able to install it. I tried it both through wordpress and uploading it to the ftp manually and both times it says it’s broken. Am I missing something? Is there a compatibility issue with WP version 3.9.1? I’m lost…

Unfortunately the theme don’t have it
I was putting in support tickets for the fontello icons not showing up on the sliders, and other places around my website in which they told me a couple possible different solutions but none of them worked. Now that the ThemeRex site isn’t working when I enter my purchase code for the support, I’m posting it here. The last solution they gave me was to goto the backend of WP and change a couple of things, also to make sure if I had a cache plugin, that it wasn’t interfering but I don’t use one. Can you let me know how to get the Fontello icons to show up?

I have a few questions before buying:
The questions are about the portfolio system:
- Can we delete the category “all”
- When we are in a detailled portfolio item, when we click on the “puzzle button” we go back to the default “all” category. Is it possible to change that and be redirected to the portfolio category where the item is attached?
- Can we upgrade the number of items displayed in each category by default? (actually there is 10 items, but we wanted at least 20 items displayed without clicking “load more”)
- How many portfolio category can be created? On the demo there is only 3 categorie but we want at least 10 category.
As soon as you answer these questions i will buy your wonderfull theme for one of my artist clients (but there will be more coming).
1. Sorry, but you can’t delete category All and can’t be redirected to the portfolio category where the item is attached
2. Yes, you can display any number of portfolio items in the category All. It is just shortcode parameter. But in other categories will be displayed just filtered items in this category from total sample. Their number will depend on how many items in the sample(category All)
3. Yes, you can create any number of portfolio categories.

No, these boxes are just a part of the theme. That is not available as plugin.
