The theme is unbelievably slow for some reason. I changed to another theme, and the site loaded in a second. When I changed back to Zeta, it takes 5-10 seconds for it to load. Why is this?

How do you use the Testimonials element? There doesn’t seem to be a way to add a picture…it is just a content box.

I use Zeta since March and I enjoy it a lot! I have one question:

Since v2.7 I can’t find a way to edit my shown in the Portfolio Grid. The Portfolio Heading is well defined through the Heading I chose when I made the entry. But where can I edit the nice little description?

Not a great first experience Your support website doesn’t work. I do login with facebook and connected FB with your site and then.. nothing.. click the button again.. nothing. Try to register; it says I’m already registered.

So now I’m placing my question here: where do I get the plugins that are required? I’m talking about MD Custom Post, MD Page Builder, Revolution Slider. Can’t find them in the download file and installing them via WP system doesn’t work in my setup (security reasons) so I need to upload them manually

In your first comment, you only attack our support, without a valid reason. We’re always happy to give support to our customer (which is FREE), but we want respect.

I think you should read a dictionary about the definition of ‘attack’. In my very first comment I tell you I’m not having a great first experience with your product. That is by no means an ‘attack’, so that is complete nonsense. I got angry when your plugins created serious problems on the website with php errors completely disabling the site which just simply should not happen at all, that per definition is a bug.

And of course support is free, don’t pretend that is something special. We sell +/- 20USD products online and obviously also offer free support and we’ll provide it happily. And if people have trouble contacting us we’ll go out of our way to contact them to solve the problem.

And yes I rated your product 1 star, you refuse to provide a way so I could contact your ‘support’ in a private manner to resolve the issue but instead you keep giving me unhelpful responses here (except for your first response that is). Your plugins are buggy, the theme doesn’t install properly so what do you think?

And as for respect, I give respect where respect is due, obviously that isn’t the case at your address right now.

This is very LOL. You’re the only one who says that the theme doesn’t install properly… maybe are you wrong? For be accepted on Envato, each theme must follow a very hard review process. Do you want to discuss about this? You say that our support are poor, the theme is broken and the plugins are buggy. Look at our support forum, our average response time is awesome, our ratings are great. But maybe is not enough for you.
