If you have a question that is not answered in the documentation or FAQ (see below) or if you discover a problem, you can submit a support request via the form on my Profile Page and I will respond by e-mail.

Support for my items includes:
  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
  • Fixing bugs and reported issues
  • Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions
Item support does not include:
  • Customization and installation services
  • Support for third party software and plug-ins
  • Help with WordPress issues unrelated to the theme
