I was in a really bad mood the other day and I spent about two hours on the slider. My apologies. I am going to look at it with a clear head today- i’ll make an account for support if I need it. Thank you.
I did get it fixed. I was accessing the site on my server through my browser but had never assigned it a domain in WHM. Once I assigned a temp domain (i have a few .infos i keep laying around) The slider came up no problem.
I’m having same problem as VIBEdigital; images do not load in the slider, the cause appearing to be a TimThumb error. I’m not running on Localhost.
I’ll gladly open a ticket on the ZooTemplate forum, but I always think it’s a good idea to post known issues about Templates sold on ThemeForest here too. Personally, I find looking through the comments useful when working with a new template and trying to find a fix and others might too.

As I mentioned above, I am not running on Localhost, I’m using a live, remote webserver, but still, no images are loading in the slider. When I right click on the broken image and load it in a separate tab in my browser it loads a TimThumb error:
A TimThumb error has occurredThe following error(s) occured: Could not find the internal image you specified.
Query String : src=http://NAME OFMYSERVER/images/slidebw.png&h=1080&w=2600 TimThumb version : 2.8.4
Any advice you could give would be great.

Problem now fixed. From various forums I learnt that TimThumb.php has real trouble following certain paths. Because I was using the ip address of my hosting account, rather than a permanent domain name (name servers hadn’t propagated yet), TimThumb was failing to find the image despite apparently following the correct path. As soon as the nameservers switched, the slideshow started working. Intensely annoying aspect of TimThumb, but there you go.
I did receive a reply to my Forum Posting on ZooTemplate too – and Linh was very polite so it would be worth anyone having problems with this template to seek support there. Just coincidence in my case that the problem was already fixed.
Hi, really nice template, my compliments! One question, how do i change the button colors in the top main menu.. when i change the layout config in zo2 framework nothing happens. (also in the mobile site) i also tried to change some images but still nothing happened.

hi, I have purchased this theme and already installed the quickstart package. Everthing is fine but the Features and K2 Contents menus doesnt work. When I try to open Features > Left+Content it gives error : Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/xxx/public_html/xxx/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 67

hi again, I’ve fixed my recent issue by installing mbstring extension to the server. Now I have another issue about color scheme. Can I change the default color scheme ? I couldn’t change it from template configuration. Thanks
