I set up Resilient Business Systems with my wife Michelle in 2005 to help support small to medium sized businesses that do not require the full time support of an in-house IT person/department. With over 25 years of IT knowledge I take pride in my company offering services that are professional but with a personal human touch. I therefore work closely with our customers and feel that I am part of their company and not just someone who is called upon to solve problems. I listen to the customer’s requirements and ensure we utilise technology to their advantage – after all computers should work for you, not the other way round!
