My name is Roger Costa. My interest in Photography began is 2008 when my wife gave me my first reflex camera. I have always enjoyed art but was never able to study photography. Thanks to technology, the internet and books I was able to teach myself the basics of digital photography. Once I started to understand editing and retouching photos I was really hooked. I would take pictures and spend hours every day editing on my laptop. I became more involved as time passed and I even built a small studio in one of the bedrooms of my house. I upgraded my computer for more graphic capability with Photoshop. I continue to improve my equipment software and hardware as I become more proficient.
I’ve started working with the 3D model but I’m currently learning by trial and error. About a year ago I discovered the world of microstock and I registered my photos in a few websites.By September of 2011 I began to compile enough photos for a good portfolio and decided to dedicate more of my time to microstock. I’ve placed my portfolio on a few more websites and have begun to sell my creations. Now I’m spending 8 to 10 hours per day in my studio working on my micorstock presentations. Every day I strive to improve on the day before and look forward to what I’ll be able to create tomorrow. I hope you enjoy!!
