1. What html index file you use from the download (source) package.

2. Is there a issue with original unmodified files from the download package or are you having trouble with modification? If you are having some issues, you should always try testing with original unmodified files to see if the issue persist there.

3. Any other relevant data or settings used which may help quickly resolve the inquiry.

4. If its layout related, screenshots can be very helpful!

5. If there is an issue involved, and your situation permits so, try redownloading a purchased file again in case some crucial updates were made.
