- Make sure that you’re using the latest version of the product, if not, you can redownload any file at any time from here (and for free) – only the latest versions are available
- All products come with a documentation, be sure to check them if needed.
- Please be descriptive when you send me an email, support could take about 24 hours to response because of the time zone, you will not want to send me an email and receive a response with one sentence “Could you please be more descriptive” after 24 hours, don’t you?
- Support can take around 24-48 hours, a bit more during holidays or week-ends
- If you don’t get the response after 48 hours, something when wrong with your email and I cannot guarantee all the email will be delivered.
