Q: Which contact should I use if I need any help or clarification? What kind of information should I include in the email?

A : If you want to contact us, the best thing you can do is to use the contact form below, as it lets us easily confirm whether you have purchased our files, or not. In the email, please be descriptive and tell us what kind of problems are you experiencing. It is also very nice if you mention the name of the template

Q: Do you guys have any support forum for your items?

A : Yes, we have. You can find it here

Q: How often do you check your mailboxes? When shall I expect reply?

A : Usually, our mailboxes are online all the time. We try to take care of all the messages as soon as possible. In standard conditions, you should recieve reply within 24 – 48 hours. Sometimes even sooner. Please consider the time zones, weekends etc. However, if we dont reply after 48 hours, your message probably did not make it, feel free to send it again.
