Need Guidance or help

As off 1 January 2012 we’re no longer offering support through the item comments section and email. All support will be taken care off inside the new Support Forums.

Do you have some sort of issue, found a bug or have a question then please visit these support forum, register with your envato username and purchase ID and we will be more than happy to help you out with your problem.

Support policies

Our support hours are Monday till Friday, 9:00am till 6:00pm (CET). Upon entering your support request inside the support forums, we will try to respond within 48 hours. This will be even sooner then this in most cases.

All requests for support must go through the support forums. Any comments, emails, Facebook messages or tweets which contains support requests will be directed back to the support forums with a default message and a few redirect urls.

When you already are registered to the support forums and purchased another item then there’s no need to register again. All you have to do is to verify the purchase and you will be granted access to this category.
