As you know it is an html template and of course you can use it ASP.net MVC or ASP.net web form. As a html template you can use it anywhere and in any platform but I did not include any pre made ASP.net MVC version of that. I hope you understand.
The theme is very beautiful, but the side of the scroll bar is native, and hope to beautify it
