I’m making an installation service of your template on Envato Market, and when I go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Utility in order to import the demo settings this error is displayed:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method SH_Backup_class::vc_template_import() in /home3/edward07/public_html/crazybench.com/wp-content/themes/eventix/includes/helpers/backup_class.php on line 29

Can you please send me the Demo Settings in order to upload then manually?

I’m getting a 500 error when I import demo settings through the utitlity section. Is there a way to manually do this?

Hello Team – I purchased this theme for use today for a launch.

I am using Layout 2 and want it to be one-page site as advertized, but cannot get the one-page landing page to load my 3 pages into it. It only displays things that have been set with the Layout 2 Theme Options. How do I get the one-page site to load with Layout 2?
