Hi there, I have lost all my styling and most of my media after updating the theme. I have done everything as per instructions. I really shouldn’t have to pay for renewed support? Please help. Thank you.

You shouldn’t have lost your styling or any of your media items after the update. This would indicate that something during the update did not process correctly. Can you please confirm that you’re running the latest version of WordPress, as well as Avada 5.0.2, Fusion Core 3.0.2 and Fusion Builder 3.0.2?
If so, we would really need to take a closer look at your site to know what went wrong during the update. If you purchased Avada prior to September 1st 2015, you are eligible for our grandfathered support policy:

I wanted to leave a note for those who have tech issues with the theme/features. Please be patient and submit a support ticket. They have excellent support and will assist you in a timely manner. We sometimes get frustrated when things don’t go a certain way, but eventually their professional team resolves the issue. Most of the time it’s not an issue with the theme, but our hosting/server or other plugins.

p resale question…..can I make Microsoft under main site? how many license I need?

Hmm, I’m not sure what you mean by “can I make Microsoft under main site”. Can you please elaborate on that question for me? In general, each site that is running Avada will need to have it’s own license as per Envato’s license agreement:

oh sorry I mean can I have a mircosite under the main theme.
for example main site has about us, contact us, menu, home page
the mircosite has it own main menu, special sales, hot items, latest news.
the mircosite will be linked from our newsletter sending out to subscribers
can it works like that?
can one theme work on main site and a micosite? one domain or one domain and a subdomain?

you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

Are you trying to update via Auto Update method? If that is not working please try our manual (FTP Update) method and it should do the job for you just fine.

Just downloaded the latest Avada 5.0.2 with the new Fusion Builder. Since Fusion Builder is a required plugin, I naturally had to install and activate it. However, there is parse syntax error during activation. The error says:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/ewebspee/public_html/adultliveauctions/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/fusion-builder.php on line 557
Please help to let me know how to fix this. Thanks.

The error you are encountering very likely mean your server is using an outdated version of PHP.
Please check the version of PHP listed in Avada > System Status.

The theme requires a minimum of 5.6 or higher as per our documentation here please : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/requirements-for-avada/
If you are encountering an error, it most likely means 5.2 is being used. In which case, please contact your host and request that they update this for you.
However if you still see the error even after updating PHP please fill in a ticket and we will look into the issue for you right away.

Hi,
There is a serious issue with your support system. Today I posted a ticket to ask for a test reply so I can see if your replies are delivered in my mailbox. This ticket has disappeared from the support system.
Furthermore there are now problems with loading the replies inside the support ticket system.
Please can you resolve this soon as it is almost impossible to communicate efficiently about technical issues.

We are not having issues with the support system, in fact we have hundreds of tickets come in a day without issue, and double that of our replies going out that are seen.
Your particular ticket I checked and saw that you do not get our emails back? Can you check your spam or junk folder please? Or any filters you have setup on emails?
Your video shows a list of tickets, but then you open one and there is no reply. Ticket replies are handled via email as the message box above says, you cannot reply on the dashboard.
If you look at this screenshot you will see that someone from your account sent in a ticket and we replied back and it was received. I blocked out important info like emails, but look at the boxes in red. It shows your username, and then our reply back to you that was viewed by the customer: http://d.pr/i/yfk7
As for your video, what browser are you checking in? Please check in a different one, something seems off there, but we nor any of our custoemrs can replicate that and we have been receiving hundreds of tickets a day with questions as I mentioned earlier.
You mentioned you do not get our emails, yet on our side it shows them as being read from that email listed above in the screenshot.
Please check that out. Go to the ticket page, make a new ticket and confirm that the email on file after submission is the correct one. Maybe that is the issue. You can see part of the email in the above screenshot.

If this is an email issue from changing an email, please email us at support@theme-fusion.com with the email you’d like to use and we can make sure that is what is on your account.
However, whatever email you signed up with and input, is the one that is used. So I assume that is the problem, somewhere along the lines it may of changed?
But please do email us at the address above, with the email you wish to use, and we can walk through a ticket reply with you to show that it works.

Hello! Tell me, in what order to properly upgrade from 4.0.3 to 5.0.2 Avada via WordPress admin panel? I can not understand this transformation in a short shortcodes Fusion Builder. Do I understand correctly, that’s how it should be: 1. Update the theme. 2. Update Fusion Core. 3. Set Fusion Builder. 4. Convert the page in the new Fusion Builder. All right, in that order to make it to old pages Builder displays correctly?

Yes, that is the correct order, Or you can also run the manual conversion right after update (incase the auto conversion didn’t work for you) and then at the end of the conversion it will ask you to update both Fusion Core and Fusion Builder plugin itself so that should be okay too.

BUG REPORT the “Code Block” has a bug in it. If you are using it for HTML and you have your HTML formatted, WordPress will insert <p></p> tags or <br /> tags into the source like it does on “Text Blocks” if you enter HTML into them. If you minify (without spaces) the HTML then if works fine though. Just thought you should know.

I am not able to replicate this issue on my end at all, i have just tried and its not adding either p or br tag, maybe you and i are setting it a different way. Can you please do open a ticket with the code you are trying so i can check this out on my local and see if it adds extras in page source.

Hello, I am interested on Avada demos (they are beautifull), I am a webdeveloper. I am a litlle lost with licence terms (sorry, I am not native english). So question 1: Can I have demos from Avada on my website and then when the client choose/purchase the template can I buy a licence from themeforest? Question 2: Can I buy the licence first and then transfer to the client if needed? Thank You in advance! (Note: I have not yet purchased any templates)

I a not entirely sure about your query but i will try and be as explanatory as i can be here.
1. You will need to purchase and install Avada to your WordPress site in order to import our demos, since our demos requires you to register the purchase first and then you can import them.

Can you check the email settings on the form you are using?
If using the Contact Page template, then to to theme options > contact form and check email address there.
If you are using the Contact Form 7 plugin (which is my guess) then you need to edit the form and put in your correct email settings.

Hi, I’m using the Classic Shop version of Avada along with The Event Calendar plugin.
On the Home page there is a row of 3 columns for upcoming events. Is there a way to also show a recent past event, just so all 3 columns are always populated?

Hello,
I installed the photography demo and now for the life of me the page main color cannot become white. Predefined Theme Skin does nothing, choosing white in primary color does nothing.. Why? Do I have to uninstall the demo or what?

This should never happen, it appears that your settings are not being saved so please try and disable all your 3rd party plugin once and see if that works. Also please make sure there is no cache in action.

Also wanted to chime in here. The pre-defined skins set certain overall colors, however individual pages can override the global theme options, so that might be what you are seeing.
This is how the options system works which allows such unique designs across the board with one theme. Checkout this post to understand the global options vs individual overrides: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/options/how-options-work/
For example, the containers on the pages may be set to darker color, or the page background in fusion page options might be, that will have an effect.
But if that is not the case, please do submit a ticket for us so we can check it out.

there is a problem with the latest 5.0.1 update. The avada app demo wich has a 1/3 column and a 2/3 column when i put the 1/3 on the left it seems like it disappears. Please fix this terrible bug
