Hi!
It seems the most recent release of this theme includes a VC copy which is incompatible with the most recent release of Wordpress. Could you please publish an updated version with the most recent release of VC?

I don’t think your statement about compatibility of VC with WP is correct, at least I don’t see anything in the VC’s latest changelog about compatibility: https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431#item-description__updatesLooks to me like the latest VC release 5.0 introduces some new features hence they incremented the version from 4.12.1 to 5.0.
In any even, they released this update almost a week after I released the theme’s latest update: https://themeforest.net/item/udesign-responsive-wordpress-theme/253220#item-description__updates-history So it would have been impossible for me to include something that did not exist at the time.
I will make sure to include the latest VC release when I get around to do the next theme’s update. 
And don’t worry VC 4.12.1 is fully compatible with the latest WordPress to date (4.6.1).

First: a great theme! Now the problem: I “inherited” a webpage with this theme from a not anymore existing company. I need to do a theme update since the existing version is from 2012 and have a solution how to get the slider multilingual with polylang, but all I have is just a code for support forum. Obviously that’s not enough to get in. What to do? Thank You for the answer!

Once the theme is purchased, future updates are free with that account, so unfortunately the way ThemeForest.net is setup only the owner of that account can have access to the theme that was originally purchased.
Since you’re not in touch with the person that purchased the theme originally, it’s impossible to get updates for that license. In general, it’s best for the person or company that owns the website to have purchased their own license of the theme, that way they will be independent of anyone maintaining their website for future updates or access to support forum since the purchase code is required to register in the support forum.

Guys and Gals of AndonDesign, uDesign is a nice theme however you really need a better selection of example sites/templates for this than what you have. Most businesses are not very imaginative and need help with ideas of layouts that make sense. What you have is very plain and ordinary, lacking Pages and definitely lacking layouts that works for real businesses. It’s a great native product, but really needs better templates. Please.

I was wondering if you did away with the portfolio tab in the backend? I no longer see it and when I originally built my clients site this was available. No it is no longer there and I cannot edit it properly. I do not want to pay for support as this was an original feature. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

make sure to update the theme to the latest release 2.11.0
As far the Portfolio section, it should still be there, I did not remove it. Also make sure that someone didn’t accidentally hide it from the “Screen Options” tab (top right corner of page).
As far as support, if you purchased the theme before Sept 1st, 2015, then your support status is “Grandfathered” meaning you should be able to ask questions in the theme’s support forum without buying extended support. For your convenience, the direct link to the forums is: U-Design Support.

I wanted to change some of the styles on the ufit demo site. How do I get to the correct files to make the changes. I am looking to change some styles on the #top-wrapper {. The inspector says it on like 152 on the index file. I can’t seem to find it in the theme files.

I have had clients use EventOn plugin alongside my theme, so I would have to assume it’s working fine. I have not personally test it though. As far as WPML, yes, it is compatible.

How do I enable “pagination’ (I think it’s called)? If possible, I’d like 5 posts to show on that page with a button or text link at the bottom that goes to older posts…Right now the user has no way of navigating to older posts
