Alos, check if you are on WHMCS 5, because i show this issue with blank screen in the past, when trying to activate a WHMCS 6 template on WHMCS 5 installation.

try to empty the templates_c folder that keeps a cache of files.

BTW, for the domain price list page, in portrait form, you can’t see what the individual items stand for, it’s just ”$12” ”$12” “12” “1-10 years”. Nobody really knows what exactly cost $12 that way. You may wanna look into fixing it.
