To your question, the ThemeForest.net “Regular” license allows only one website/domain per license, so for each additional website/client you would like to use the theme you would need to purchase additional license. More on that:

that version you’re referring to is older than 2-3 years, when was the last time you updated your theme?
If you want your site to be secure you need to make sure all WordPress, plugins and themes are up to date all the time.

Posted this in the forum but no feedback yet. Ok I purchased it but was playing around and I clicked “reset to defaults” in the Udesign Settings and no longer see the sliders. How do I get them back?

I’ve updated the latest version of the theme and found an error when using the shortcodes in the tinymce editor: Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/udesign-shortcode-insert-button/tinymce/window.php on this server. What happen?

Hello, I have version 2.4.19 installed and trying to update to version 2.11.2. When I to install the Envato toolkit, it says “The plugin does not have a valid header.” and Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

In order to use the support service you need to have purchased the theme yourself, I don’t see the “Purchased” badge besides your name. Did someone else from your company purchase the license? If that’s the case make sure to sign in to the support forum with the Envato account that was used to purchase the theme.

The person that downloaded the theme no longer works here. I’m not sure what account he used. Now what do I do? Sorry for the inconvience
I see. Once the theme is purchased, future updates are free with that account, so unfortunately the way ThemeForest.net is setup only the owner of that account can have access to the theme that was originally purchased.
Since you’re not in touch with the person that purchased the theme originally, it’s impossible to get updates for that license.
In general, it’s best for the person that owns the website to have purchased their own license of the theme, that way they will be independent of anyone maintaining their website for future updates or access to support forum since the purchase code is required to register in the support forum.
I think the Envato toolkit plugin has been deprecated by its author, so your best bet would be manual update as you have a rather old release. Once you update the theme to the latest release you will no longer need to do manual updates going forward, I added 1-click update feature.

Hi, I used your theme a few years ago and have gone back to it, its great. But i have one question, I want to REMOVE the divider lines below the menu and below header images. I spent a few hours on this one problem and I don’t really wanna pay $45 again for a theme I have already paid for just because of a small thing ? Can you just leave the .css required to remove these lines? It seems a pretty common question, or is it somewhere in the options and i’m missing it?
