Hello GeertDD,
I just bought this today and I like how everything is so nice and organized, very easy to customize.
I wanted to know how could I start my design with the light on besides having it started as dark I wanted to start with the light design and give the choice to turn the light off.
Thank you.
Thanks, westin. Just changing the email address should do the job. Everything works fine in the live preview…
I LOVE THIS ! My only problem is the contact form. Is there anything else that needs to be modified for the contact form to work besides the email? When I click send message on the contact form-the button just changes to sending message and thats it. The page does not load or anything.
What am I doing wrong and what can I do to fix it?
Thanks all! @fastshow: I hadn’t noticed that yet. The live preview has been updated. Check out master.css to see how I fixed it. See lines 30, 113 and 114.
Lovely design. Is there any way of making the logo icon area a link when the light’s are “on”? ie: because the image is part of the css, I haven’t been able to figure out a way of setting a link for that while the lights are on.
Thanks for any heads up and, again, cracking design.
Nicely written, well done – thanks!
(Minor detail – necessary to add list-style-position:inside to ul in order to get list-style to show in IE.)
Sure, metaphore. A configuration section at the top of my-jquery.js allows you to easily customize the speed:
// Setting to globally change the speed of the effects // Options: ‘slow’, ‘normal’, ‘fast’, or a custom time in milliseconds var fxspeed = ‘fast’;
Good looking theme GeertDD. However, the sliding of the sections are a little too fast for my taste. Anyway you could slow them down?
Andy, thanks for your purchase. I guess something must be going wrong on your computer, other buyers didn’t have this problem. There should be a “psd” and “web” folder inside. Please contact me directly in case of further problems with the zip file.
GeertDD, I can only extract the Readme file (i.e. none of the directories extract).
Andy
schoon gedaan, ziet er zeer “pro” uit… veel meer dan $ 10 waard !
Fabulous!
Got a large screen and nothing´s pushed out – true.
Like this one, simple and clean yet effective. Especially love the “light on” idea!
Good luck for that one!
Very nice design.
Thanks for your comment, Eight7Teen. You can also go back to the welcome section by clicking the company logo.
However, more importantly, you should know that the height of the body’s top padding is dynamically set based on the height of the viewport. So, if you’re on a large screen no navigation bars will be pushed out, if you’re on a smaller screen more room for the actual content will be available. You can easily change or undo this behavior if you wish. Just edit the first section in the my-jquery.js file.
Very classy, however my one qualm would be that the accordion pushes the top couple links out of the viewport and doesn’t allow scrolling to get to them. The only way to reach those links again is by clicking on the ones beneath them.
