Well, there are very few themes with built-in dual languages translation functionality as this is related to the plugin and you can also use any of those plugin with this theme.

1. Can we disable the login and upload button at top right for not-logged users.
2. In IE10,11 theme looks some weird. In homepage masonry designs, some items look like missing. In Chrome there is not any problem. Could you please check that, i can send a screenshot for this.
