The header cart is a heavily cached area. You can simply clear the cache by adding/deleting products from the mini-cart. Once you’ve done that your new changes will take effect.

Thank you for your explanation. However this is not an error. This is how the page is designed to work. On page zoom the resolution changes and hence the media queries display styles based on a given resolution.

1. Yes, the dummy data includes references to the images that are used in our demo. Importing from dummy data will give you the images.

2. Yes, you can configure and enable only the payment gateways that you wish. Bank transfer and Cash on Delivery are available as core payment gateways with WooCommerce.

3. It is important to be familiar with Wordpress and WooCommerce to be able to customize this theme. Some customisations can be done from theme options, some by king composer, some by custom CSS coding and some by custom PHP coding. Based on your customisation requirement, the difficulty level changes. However it is absolutely important to be familiar with WP and Woocommerce.

WooCommerce has a detailed coupon management system which allows you to give coupon codes based on purchases or first purchase. However I don’t think it allows you to gift a product. You may have to use a third-party plugin to achieve such a result.

King Composer does not require license to use the backend. There is no code.

Slider Revolution is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.

We provide support for Slider Revolution and whenever a Slider Revolution update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Slider Revolution.

Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Plugins > Slider Revolution and de-activate and delete the existing version. Once you have deleted all the Slider Revolution files, you will be prompted again to install Slider Revolution. This time you can install the latest version from the theme.

1. We offer customisations based on our availability and complexity of the requirement.

2. We aim to respond to all our support queries within 1 business day. We live in UTC+530 timezone. Saturday and Sunday are our weekends and we are closed. Queries submitted on Friday are most likely to be answered on Mondays.

3. Yes, the theme includes a child theme for all your customisations.

4. It is possible to redirect “Go to cart” to another link. However please note that to add products and display them, we need to use ‘WooCommerce’. The theme is built for WooCommerce.

5. Yes, the theme has a “Catalog mode”, you can enable it and use the website for viewing only.

6. There are 2 levels of customisations. The easy ones are available as theme options. The medium-advance levels are provided as code snippets. We have collected them all here : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood and https://gist.github.com/farookibrahim

The theme is compatible with Visual Composer ( we do not bundle this with our theme ) and King Composer ( available free in Wordpress.org ), you can use them for customisation as well.
