Hi Flatsome! I’d like to know if you consider to optimize your theme for mobiles anytime soon. Pagespeed Insights show that desktop is scoring pretty good, but mobile score is 30-50. Mobile first… so important! The images that are being loaded for mobile are too heavy. (Also WooCommerce product images) Kind regards, ASTA

I’ve been having some problems with my sticky header. Whenever I open my webpage, the sticky header is displayed instead of the normal header until I scroll down. Also, whenever I scroll upwards the header disappears entirely. How could I fix this problem?

Honestly, you promised to make a fix for woocommerce additional variation images in the next update! as far as i can see nothing has changed I still have the same issues. I’m really starting to regret I chose this theme…

your last reply was that it was included in the 3.4.1. which wasn’t true. So now I’ll have to wait a month again for the next update to see it’s not working again. I’m already started looking for a new theme since you obviously can’t handle this problem. You keep adding new features, but maybe you should try fix this one, which has been asked for several years.

I tried to comment here to get some help on translation, but you just linked me to a page on how to translate. I still had issues and contacted WooCommerce and got this answer:
As we discussed, you are having an issue translating the text ‘My Account’ in your theme header, using Loco Translate.
I consulted with my colleagues on this, and they confirmed that the issue is within your theme. The ‘My Account’ string in your theme’s header.php file is using the ‘woocommerce’ text domain, and so trying to use the WooCommerce translation of My Account, which won’t work. Strings in the theme should use the theme’s text domain and be translated within the theme.
Any idea when you will fix this?

I recently re-installed our website with your Flatsome theme. Unfortunately, we’re not able to change our colors (primary, secondary, etc, ...). In console, it looks like there’s a problem with the colorpicker jquery script. Good to know: Wordpress 4.9 is installed.
