can you help top right social media icons are disappearing after adding url link

Hi I am spending much time trying to make changes to this theme. Contact form code cannot be changed or Add reCAPTCHA. I can click on send message on a blank contact form and it will not require me to fill empty field, but send empty form and shows a blank page admin-ajax.php with “Success! Your email has been sent.”.
