Hi,

I’m trying to get Trustpilot’s widget to show up but there’s no picture, just a text link. I have tried with both html and text widgets in Flatsome but nothing works.

The Trustpilot code that I use is Trustpilot standard:

<! – TrustBox widget – Review Collector ->

div class = “trustpilot widget” data-locale = “sv-SE” data-template-id = “56278e9abfbbba0bdcd568bc” data-businessunit id = “5a4764d6b894c903d4a1068a” data-style-height = “52px” data-style-width = “100%”> ——-.se” target=”_blank”> Trustpilot

<! – End TrustBox Widget ->

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Hi there,

Please shoot an email via support and we’ll look into it.

i also experience the same thing with mikesp2, how is the solution?

Hi there,

Place this CSS in theme options > Style > Custom CSS .woocommerce.post-type-archive-product .product-category{ display: none; }

Remember to remove the CSS after the theme update is published.

I hide while waiting for updates by adding code .product-category.col.product { display: none; }

Hi, after the update to the latest version I have a category box above all product category pages. How can I get rid of this?

I’ve been trying to turn off automatic woocommerce updates for a long time now but haven’t been successful at it, can someone here tell me the steps to do so? I have already tried the disable parameter in the config file, it didn’t help!

Hi there,

Install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/ and disable automatic plugin updates

After updating woocommerce to the latest version (Version 3.3.0) the Quick View function doesn’t work correctly anymore. The first image is always square while the rest are rectangle. Also in shop page, categories are shown even when they are set to be hidden in theme settings.

Note: this bug happens to variable products when default form values are set

Hi there, apologies for the issue.

Our development team is working hard to publish an update that will resolve the issue.

Hi, how do you change the width of single product pages/catalogue page and the “container” that are used in other pages? Thanks

Hi there,

You will need some CSS to change the page widths.

Could you please let me know the class to change? Is it one class that’s being applied to all? Thanks.

Hey, can you please let me know the time frame for woocommerce updates? [I mean the updates you provide]
And why don’t you just add option to allow us to rest the woocommerce to default settings/templates? that will save you a lot of extra work no?

Hi there,

You can grab WooCommerce 3.2.6 here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases/tag/3.2.6

Hey guys,

Pro tip: Don’t update to the latest (X.0.0 or X.X.0) WooCommerce EVER, always wait for a minor release (0.0.X) to follow in a week. There are ALWAYS a ton of fixes for both the plugin and themes that make use of template files. Also, be smart- back up your site before updating! This way you can easily revert in cases like these. I am sure the Flatsome team is working their butts off to get a fix prepared for all of us. In the mean time, downgrade, revert back, or wait without clogging up the comments section here because they already know there needs to be an update!

hi eddureig, as a quick solution I have fixed it with custom CSS. I have added: .product-category { display: none !important; } Perhaps it helps.

Hi. How can I “hide” the box category ????

We are like some other theme users, flatsome update ran a couple weeks ago and things have broken. In our instance, the category page layout settings don’t work at all . ie: the category page should show only 12 total products, 3 rows, 4 items per row for a desktop machine .. but it now shows only 3 items per row and all 32 categories (11 rows), with large category images that did not display before.

.. also, when you do a search, the correct results pre-appear in a dropdown under the search box, but if you hit enter, you get categories not product results

Please let us know how to resolve these problems .. our support has expired and we will buy a renewal if mandatory, but as with other theme purchasers, these issues are not a cause of anything we have done, and it would be disappointing to not have them resolved as part of a bugfix update for the theme itself. thank you

Hello Bob, apologies for the issue you are having.

Our development team is working hard to resolve this issue. In the meantime you can use this CSS to hide the categories on your shop page

.woocommerce.post-type-archive-product .product-category{ display: none; }

we have reverted our woocommerce to 2.6 to resolve the issues while awaiting a flatsome update.

Recently, on product searches, the search results page ALWAYS displays the top level categories at the top of every page of search results. Is this related to Flatsome or perhaps the recent Woocommerce 3.3 update? How can we fix this? I see no way to do this in any of the settings (flatsome or woocommerce)

Hi there,

The issue is coming for the recent WooCommerce update. Our development team is working hard to resolve this issue ASAP.

Thank you for the reply. I look forward to it!

Hi, I’ve updated to flatsome 3.4.3 and now my shop icons are huge from woocommerce

I don’t feel I should have to pay for support when you do an update and the shop page is broken? Can not remove catagories on Shop page before products are displayed. No matter what you put in the dropdowns, the shop page displays both catagories and products??? Please fix theme! I am not skilled enough to add lines of special code! The sliders are broken….NO text shows….......testimonials broken….NO text shows. Using Child theme…..this is BAD.

I am having exact same issues as Shaun_Bobb and he wrote it much more elegantly than I did above. MY apologies. “We are like some other theme users, flatsome update ran a couple weeks ago and things have broken. Hi there, apologies for the issue.

Rest assured our development team is working hard to resolve the issue within reasonable time.

In the meantime, please place this CSS in Theme Options > Style > Custom CSS. It should hide the categories on the shop page (Remember to remove this CSS after the update is published)

.woocommerce.post-type-archive-product .product-category{ display: none; }

How can I remove the tooltips from my entire site?

Hi there,

I’m afraid there is no setting for this. You will need a bit of customization.

Please update this theme ASAP. Tons of weird issues. Forces product page to do 3 items per row instead of 2, double ToS agreement, Forces the showing of subcategories/meta, lots of display and settings are not working.

Hi there,

Our development team is working hard to resolve the issue. Kindly keep an eye on the changelog.

Temporarily, you can hide the categories on the shop page using this CSS .woocommerce.post-type-archive-product .product-category{ display: none; }

@emartmedia YOU DIAMOND – Thats worked! Thank you !

.product-category { display: none !important; }

this solves the problem of displaying categories in sub-categories and products. The problem of the double “I agree to the service agreement” remains

Requires a duplicate check even under the “conclude order” button

Thank you

You can temporarily hide the product category with some CSS added to the theme’s category page. Make sure to edit the category page that you are using i.e. category-off-canvas.php or category.php, etc…

Files are located in the flatsome/woocommerce/layouts folder..

Add this to the very top of the page and save the file. It hides the categories altogether from the category page thus leaving the products to display.

<style> .product-category{ display:none !important; } </style>

Then remove it after the theme update has been applied..

You should make a copy of the category page and put in your child theme under /flatsome-child/woocommerce/layouts/category.php or /flatsome-child/woocommerce/layouts/category-off-canvas.php, etc…

I have updated the theme and wocommerce and I have 2 problems.

1. to the chackout the entry “I agree to the service agreement” is repeated twice. The last wording is even below the button. This I can not remove it.

2. The first categories of Woocommerce are always seen also in the sub-categories. Is this a bug too?
