How do I set up the header that you have on layout 3? We need the search box in the middle and a bigger shopping cart like the one on layout 3. None of the 3 header options on the theme configuration give us that result.

I tried to create a new topic but it did not let me. Ask me for the purchse code. but I do not see where the code is entered.
I have big spaces between line and line of the product grid.
Instead of having a line of products I have an invisible line with nothing. I created a new product category with new test products and the error did not appear, I assumed that it could be some product that caused this error. I found that with a certain product the error occurs. I decided to eliminate the product of that category and yet I realized that the product was still appearing, now the problem is bigger than I imagined.

On my site : multilanguage.com , I recently updated theme Simen version 3.2 to be compatible with Woocommerce 3.3.3. However, upon updating theme, the backend of website seemed broken. I could not install/delete plugins, as well as export/import Woocommerce products. Also, some plugins were not functioning well or time out such as YITH Compare, Woo Search Box. Everything works fine when switching to different theme, default theme. I rolled back to Simen 3.1 and now everything works fine.
Checking on error log, it seems like there is deprecated Woocommerce functions: The WC_Cart::get_checkout_url function is deprecated since version 2.5. Replace with wc_get_checkout_url.

Hi there, I just updated version Simen 3.2 but I did not see updated Visual Composer 5.4.5 and Slider Revolution 5.4.7.1 as in changelog. Could you check again?

In version 3.2 of Simen we included latest version of 2 plugins above. You can follow steps to update:
- Please go to Admin >> Plugins to Deactive/Delete 2 plugins above.
- After delete done, WP will notification for you need install 2 plugins above again.
- When you click install again, then WP will install latest version.

Honest Feedback:
I will strongly not recommend buying this theme or any theme developed by this team. By the way, this is my second theme which I bought from them. The theme is good so far but the TEAM supporting this THEME is really bad.
The support is really bad. This comes with the lousy attitude and poor customer-centric experience. I have bought tons of themes and never have I ever experience such experience.
Why? I requested for support to change color, increase font size and some gap issues. My title/subject was named ‘Support’ as there are 3 queries. The respond was the title was irrelevant and this requires CUSTOM.CSS CODE. I created few topics but no response after which. Question, is this really a big issue that the theme developer can’t support? If the theme itself supports this basic functions, do I really need to raise a support ticket?
Another bad experience. Bad Service and worst was the lousy attitude from Stephan. His reply delivers ZERO customer-centric experience. Importantly, we don’t need exception treatment but at least a FAIR treatment and worst a lousy attitude.
This is extremely bad. Worst experience ever. I would love to share screenshots of the support conversation if anyone has any doubts about my sharing here.
