Thank you for getting back. By default WordPress does not support multi-lingual websites. However there are plugins like WPML, Polylang, Weglots, etc that allows you to extend WordPress to create multi-lingual websites. Please note that support for these plugins are outside of our support scope.

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. If you are updating from 1.3.x to 2.x, then please note we’ve changed the author name from “Transvelo” to “MadrasThemes”. This change makes Envato Market plugin to think that these are 2 different themes and hence it shows “Install” button instead of “Update”.

The theme can be updated in 3 ways :

1. Automatically : You can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme automatically. Instructions here : https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/

2. Semi-Automatically : Sometimes (1) does not work. You should install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old theme and install the new one.

3. Manually : You should download the latest installable WP theme from your themeforest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.

Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes.

In your case I suggest you to use “Semi-Automatic” method.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The Newsletter in the footer is by default a regular form with no action. You will have to use a newsletter subscription service like MailChimp or your own email form via Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms.

For example if you are using a newsletter service like mailchimp, you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ to create your newsletter subscription form. Your subscription form should be like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/81489eb753c674bcc1d7f1c962a8c54f

Or if you are using contact form 7 you can create a form like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/2204a575e6d84ab9c09ee7cfa9488181

Once you’ve created your forms you need to paste that shortcode in Electro > Footer > Newsletter signup form.

You can add the placeholder texts, button texts in your native language when you create the form.

You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. Our only additional instruction would be to save the translations in “System” folder instead of “Author” folder.

1. You will have to create an attribute and call it “Brand”.

2. Once you’ve done that you need to assign this attribute as a brand attribute in Electro > Shop > Brand Attribute : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siGBnK73EGM&index=9&list=PLYq0ehQTXpCROmA2eVQ8s7oHJRpp6Ul30

3. You can now add logos to the attribute that you’ve chosen as brand.

4. Once you’ve added your brand logos you can enable brands slider from Electro > Footer > Enable Brands Slider.

1. The theme does not have bulk price via excel. WooCommerce has an option to bulk update prices.

2. There is no xml import export. There is only CSV import export provided by WooCommerce.

3. Yes, there is bulk price update feature available.

4. 3D security feature is not provided by the theme. It is provided by the gateway of your choice.
