Thank you for your interest in our theme. the theme does not use elementor for product loop. You’ll have to rely on WooCommerce loop hooks to be able to customize this. The example code is one such customisation.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The feature you are requesting is called “Vendor Management” where different companies called vendors setup accounts and sell their products on your site.

Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.

The theme is compatible with Dokan and WC Vendors, and we provide basic compatibility support. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Thank you for your quick reply Ibrahim! I liked your theme and it is serving my purpose also but i have found one small problem in it, When i add 6 to 7 different items in cart, cart list goes out of the screen and i could not go to the View Cart or Checkout buttons and even when i click on cart icon in the top bar the same list opens…from top also i can not reach to view cart….If number of items are less then 4 (according the the screen size) then it works well…we can see view cart and checkout buttons…. I hope you understood what i am trying to explain…could it be like a mouse hover over the cart icon can open the list view and a click on the cart icon can open the view cart page.. You please try to add 7-8 different items in your themeforest page and then try to checkout you will understand what i am saying here….i am not sure about this function in paid version how it works…if i am wrong please ignore

Thank you for getting back. I understand your question. This is a used case issue and not really a bug. When you have a sticky header, it is not possible to reach the bottom of checkout, cart buttons in mini-cart dropdown.

To overcome this, you can disable sticky header or replace mini-cart dropdown with link to cart page. We’ve provided an option that will remove dropdown cart and replace it with a link to cart page.

Thanks for reply but now it seems to be normal and loading properly.. but I cannot find Brands Carousel option in panel. where do I edit Brand Images/names or Add new Brands?

To setup brands,

1. You will have to create an attribute and call it “Brand”.

2. Once you’ve done that you need to assign this attribute as a brand attribute in Electro > Shop > Brand Attribute : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siGBnK73EGM&index=9&list=PLYq0ehQTXpCROmA2eVQ8s7oHJRpp6Ul30

3. You can now add logos to the attribute that you’ve chosen as brand.

4. Once you’ve added your brand logos you can enable brands slider from Electro > Footer > Enable Brands Slider.

1. Please navigate to Appearance > Menus and edit the menus assigned to the location. You can then edit it. If you want to edit the mega menu, please navigate to “Static Block” to edit it.

2. You’ll have to use custom CSS code to change the background color.

.top-bar { background-color: #aaa; } .footer-bottom-widgets { background-color: #888; }

2. You can de-activate YITH WooCompare to remove compare icon from navbar. To edit navbar, you can do so from the menu assigned to it in Appearance > Menus.

3. The Newsletter in the footer is by default a regular form with no action. You will have to use a newsletter subscription service like MailChimp or your own email form via Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms.

For example if you are using a newsletter service like mailchimp, you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ to create your newsletter subscription form. Your subscription form should be like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/81489eb753c674bcc1d7f1c962a8c54f
